Oceanfront Condominium with Great Amenities

Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this one-bedroom, one-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

So hot in SSI

The ac was great as hot as it was outside. The bed is so hard and uncomfortable. Furniture is very worn and needs updating as does the kitchen.

Location was great. Condo very clean, however furnishings need upgraded. Bed and living room furniture very uncomfortable. There is a leak in the shower.

Could use some updates...

This property could use some updates in the kitchen and bath. Wifi connection is really poor and drops regularly. Amenities and location are great for beach access and downtown. Not our first time staying at the Beach Club.

A basic condo

The condo had a very stale odor. Large crack in the ceiling of the BR. Also dishwasher was not connected under the counter, so every time you brought out the tray, the whole dishwasher came forward.

The room was cute and worked fine for our stay, but we were unable to do laundry which was very disappointing. The washer is from 1981 or 1993...I googled the serial number. Not a joke. 30-40 years old. It fills with water then sits and either shuts off completely until you mess with the dial, or just drains. No agitation, no actual washing of the clothes. It holds about 3-4 towels and when you finally can get them out, the dryer takes about an hour and a half to dry them. 3 towels. Don't get me started on the mold in the washer. The bed is so firm, it's convex and the couch sags. The first plate I pulled out was clearly not washed. It was fine and otherwise clean, and worked for our stay. We would definitely not rebook this unit though the resort itself was nice.
