About this property

L'Eyssaben, luxury apartment Serre Chevalier

Located in the village of Monetier, in a quiet, in a prestigious new residence, very beautiful luxury apartment of 108m2, duplex with terrace of 40 m2, facing south and panoramic mountain views.
Composed of a beautiful bright living space, 4 bedrooms including 2 suites of 19 m2, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, to discover with family or friends. During your stay its location will allow you to move without a car, to go to the Grands Bains, on the slopes, in the cinema or at the shops.

You will be welcomed on Sunday by a hostess. The great benefits of arriving on Sunday, a lot less crowded on the road, on Saturday the resort is in full swing suddenly the tracks are much less crowded.

The kitchen is fully equipped for good meals, you will have raclette, fondue, pancake ... The bedrooms and the living room have 4 flat screens and Wifi connection. Board games are available.
The cleaning fee, mandatory 150 €, includes all linen, beds will be prepared.
Do not forget your slippers.
Option:
 a private garage is at your disposal for 40 € the week payable to the conciergerie.

Gorgeous Chalet appartment

The apartment is really super. Very bright and spacious. four double bedrooms with three lovely showers and a proper big bath. Modern and attractive. Good facilities in kitchen, huge south facing balcony (although too cold to use much in December). We were lucky and had wonderful snow. Fantastic ESF lessons and slopes for little one. It is quite a walk to the ski slopes and although very close to Navette stop - first week buses unreliable - much better after Xmas

Appartement PARFAIT !!

Confort, très bien équipé, spacieux, propreté parfaite, belle terrasse, à 5 m’ des bains à pieds, belles chambres et suites, idéal famille ou entre amis. Il ne lui manque rien !! Nous avons eu un très bon échange avec les propriétaires et Stéphanie qui nous a accueillis. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Appartement fonctionnel où on se sent bien.

L'appartement est bien conçu et spacieux. Les nombreux espaces de rangement sont un plus. La grande terrasse extérieure est agréable pour y déjeuner lorsqu'il fait beau. L'accueil de Joël a été très convivial et il en a été de même avec la propriétaire, madame Farcy. Nous pensons revenir dans cette location.

A luxury home from home

We stayed for a week in this apartment in March 2018; it is nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout, 3 luxury bathrooms and an amazingly well equipped kitchen. The huge balcony has a fabulous view of the mountains, and is furnished with a large dining table and relaxed sofa seating. We liked all the art and the touches that made our stay feel like being at home; jigsaws, games, books, CD player to name but a few. It was a great location for a winter ski holiday and we imagine it would also be a great place to stay in the summer.
