Aloha! Welcome to our Maui paradise and your personal getaway to relax and regenerate. Whether this is your first trip to the Valley Isle or you’re a regular visitor, thank you for giving us the opportunity to host your special vacation.
Bougainvillea-109 is one of the largest 1 bedroom/2 bath corner units on the property with 1039sf inside, 250sf main lanai plus a large private grass area. And a wrap-around private courtyard/ garden lanai off the bedroom.
In true island style, leave your worries and shoes at the door as you enter the tiled entry hall that leads to the remodeled upscale kitchen. Granite counters and new black & stainless appliances give a modern look with crisp white cabinets. The cherry dining table comfortably seats 4 with 2 bar stools at the island for hanging out with the cook.
The new decor in the oversize living area has a tasteful island appeal with a comfy reclining sofa, leather recliner, turtle/glass coffee & end table and a designer slipper chair. The entertainment center holds a 70” flat screen TV and the designer wood cabinet converts into a queen size bed.
2, 8’ sliding doors open onto the large lanai with extended grass area. Enjoy a sunset dinner at the table or sun yourself with a good book and glass of wine while enjoying the peek-a-boo view of the ocean.
The main bathroom has granite counter, tile shower, wood inlay panel cabinets with self-close doors and touches of island decor.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Maui over 30 years ago and have stayed on both the South and West sides (& other islands) and wanted to make the Kihei/Wailea area our frequent get-away place. We love the relaxed, less crowded, island feel of the South side. We walk to Kihei restaurants & shops and love the upscale Wailea area. We searched over two years to find the perfect vacation place for ourselves and our family ... and found it at Maui Kamaole. We hope you'll find it the perfect get-away as well. See you soon.
What makes this property unique
The whole property is different from other hotel-type properties with smaller clusters of buildings and meandering walkways with lush vegetation. Our specific unit is one of the larger 1 bedroom condos and has the only wrap-around back lanai on the property. It's quiet and beautiful. The front (main) lanai has a private grass area surrounded by low hedges. Great to sit and enjoy a meal or just let the kids play while you relax.
