About this property
City of Carcassonne, in the shade of pines and olive trees.
New house fully equipped in a village 5 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, with its festival, its feria and its Spanish week end of August and its magic Christmas all the month of December, also 10 minutes from the lake Cavayère with its beaches, its nautical and fun attractions, its feria. The village has all the amenities: supermarket, butcher, bakery, restaurants, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacy, hairdresser, beautician, post office and tobacconist, hiking and biking trails, and an equestrian center, also tennis courts and petanque plus a golf course. We are in the center of Cathar country with its castles filled with mysteries and legends. We are 40 minutes from the sea or the ski slopes and 1h30 from Spain and 2h30 from Andorra. The house is in a residential area, quiet with stunning views of nature, with a private entrance, private parking and secure. It has all the necessary comfort and is equipped with wifi and is located in a dead end. You can enjoy its south facing terrace with barbecue and its small garden, a haven of peace, only the song of birds, cicadas or the visit of squirrels can disturb your peace.
