Located in the attractive village of Morzine, this beautiful, comfortable and bright apartment benefits from a privileged location near the heart of the village while being set back from the road and in a quiet area.

Quick Morzine Getaway

Had a good time during our stay. Close to bus stops to get to lifts easily. Supermarket close by for supplies. Also, some fantastic restaurants nearby, which you should definitely try out if you stay!

Cosy, well equipped apartment a short walk from central Morzine. The team at Alpes Location were really helpful, and always ready to answer questions. Easy check - in and out.

Nice apartment shame about the kitchen

Seating and dining area lovely, also the patio area. Bedrooms were good too even if the double bedroom was a bit small. Good size bathroom. The facilities in the kitchen. A proper oven which is wired in not a tiny portable oven. The electrics are dangerous with the extension lead behind the sink. Also there´s an extension lead under the sink. There are too many appliances running off extension leads. Power blew twice due to overloading. Not enough room to hang dripping clothes. There are some hooks in the bathroom but you have to be at least 6ft tall to reach them.

La partie salon tout en bois son canapé et ses deux fauteuils confortables, donnent un côté très cosy. La cuisine bien équipée où on y trouve même un appareil à fondue. L´efficacité du personnel pour répondre à toutes questions, accessible à tous les commerces à pieds Les prises de la cuisine sont très mal placées. Le wifi vraiment faible et un évier ou un point dehors pour vider et rincer le seau à serpillière à la fin serait bienvenu.

Il est vrai qu' un petit coup de karcher sur la terrasse était nécessaire et cela vient d'être fait car nous disposions de 2 jours sans location pour cela. Le parasol est également changé. Merci pour vos remarques

Appartement plutôt désuet et non fonctionnel

Point positif : salon et chambre attenante plutôt "cosy" (ambiance chalet) Points négatifs : cuisine non fonctionnelle, peinture mur à refaire ; rallonge électrique qui passe sur l'évier et la plaque de cuisson pour brancher le four ; cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain à déplacer à chaque utilisation et à poser sur la plaque de cuisson afin de les brancher ; prise hors d'usage dans le salon donc nécessité d'une rallonge pour éclairage lampadaire ; couettes à la propreté doûteuse à notre arrivée... A noter la très bonne réactivité de l'agence pour le remplacement des couettes, la fourniture de rallonge électrique et d'un balai neuf (l'autre étant cassé en deux à notre arrivée).

Appartement très accueillant, bien agencé donc plutôt fonctionnel (cuisine à améliorer).Sauf passage des voisins en surplomb de la terrasse et absence du jardin promis dans l'annonce.
