Absolutely perfect!

The space was so clean and neat. Not cluttered and had everything we could have ever needed. The view was amazing. I plan on returning again FOR SURE!!!! Checking in was a breeze and we were greeted in person to make sure we had everything we needed and answer any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent Condo

The condo we stayed in was excellent. It had everything we needed. Alis Resort was great to work with for checkbin and checkbout. We came during whale season and every morning from our balcony you could see the whales. Its located in such a great spot! We will be returning!

Sugar Beach Never Disappoints!

We have been going to Sugar Beach for over 20 years. The units are comfortable and clean . The location is central to whole island and the property is beautifully landscaped.

Beautiful Sugar Beach Resort!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Property manager was attentive and the grounds at Sugar Beach Resort were very nice. Great pool, hot tub and sauna. Best walking beach on the island right outside your door. Tons of whale watching from the lanai. We will be back!

Lovely Condo

Aside from not having air conditioning to cook Thanksgiving dinner, this condo was absolutely everything advertised. The bed was comfortable, the lanai was divine and the central location was close to every thing Maui!

You can’t get any closer to the beach than this resort. Absolutely loved our location, grounds, parking, views and sound of the ocean. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need, quiet and comfortable. Better than expected!!!

Exactly what we needed

My husband and I came to Maui to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and my birthday. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed, all we had to pick up was groceries and alcohol. We walked the beach everymorning at 6-6:30am. Spending 6 days in Paradise. Thank you so much we had an amazing vacation.

Awesome location, great views

Unit is clean, well-maintained and in an awesome spot on the beach with great views from the lanai. Rental includes cooler, beach towels and chairs, which is helpful. It's a short drive from a cute downtown area with restaurants and shops. We got in on a late flight and had a bit of a challenge finding the unit (the reception office was closed) but the communication with the management company in advance was excellent. Would recommend.

Nice space and central location

Wonderful view, clean, everything worked and kitchen is stocked with all appliances and cookware you need. If you require a comfy soft bed to sleep, this place might NOT be a good fit. Also couldn’t enjoy the balcony since there were tons of insects hanging on the screen each day - told management, but no action was taken.

3rd Honeymoon!

Wonderful 8 day stay! Clean, spacious, awesome view, decent size Lani, kitchen stocked (Apparently I just don't know how to cook on stainless steel pots..lol!), Washer, Dryer, great parking, AC worked very well, nice bed, beach wasn't crowded, nice furniture, all the TV you needed on a Hawaiian vacation, friendly staff it had it all! Observation.. no beach umbrella that I could find in the property, shower is on the small side if you are taller ( I am around "6.1). Walmart has found its way to Maui.. not a fan, I liked it without a Walmart.. but it is not too far down the street. No contact with the owners, because property management was great and condo was too!
