Really nice, clean, home with one of the best views we have had renting at Wintergreen. We loved sitting and eating meals on the deck! We appreciated the location right off Blackrock drive, close to The Market and hiking trails. Entry into the home is easy. We would rent again!

Comfortably and thoughtfully furnished. Excellent views from the deck. The kitchen is a bit small and could use more storage space for non-perishable food, an issue only because we were there for nine nights. The dehumidifier/a/c units were very helpful on the warmest August nights. The host communication was excellent.

The location was perfect! We walked to the slopes and enjoyed gorgeous sunsets on the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The host was wonderful too making sure we had a great experience! We will definitely rent this place again.

As a elderly couple, we enjoyed staying at this house so much. The house was easy to access with few steps from the parking area to the interior. All the furnishings were attractive and very comfortable and we enjoyed the owner’s well-stocked kitchen and generous special treats that they left for us. Every area was bright, inviting, and spotlessly clean. The views are spectacular for both sunrises and sunsets, and we particularly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Communication with the hosts was excellent and welcoming. We hope to return to this lovely home again.Shepherd and Carol M.

Perfect mountain cabin!

We spent the long holiday weekend here with our three kids and had a fantastic time! Hiking trails right outside the front door,, gorgeous views, plenty of space for everyone! Can't recommend enough!

Awesome place!

This cozy house is the perfect combo of being close to the slopes/village and also amazing views of the Blue Ridge out of the back deck. Kathryn is awesome to work with - stop looking at other places and book this one - you won't be sorry!

The house is built on the side of the mountain directly over the overlook. The entire side of the house is windows, so you are just always looking out at the mountains. We saw the most amazing sunsets. As for ski access - it is just a small uphill walk and you are at the top of Eagles Swoop!

The property has the best mountain views and location to the hiking trails, ski slopes and mountain inn. The home was stocked and ready to go for enjoyment. We loved it and plan to come back.

The home was very inviting and had everything that we needed. The views from the deck were just amazing! It’s very conveniently located. Close to hiking trails, the market and the Mountain Inn restaurants. The host was excellent and the home was very pet-friendly. My 11 year old loved lounging on the back deck. We had a wonderful vacation at Eagle’s Lookout and will definitely be back!

Wonderful mountain vacation rental!
