Summer fun abounds at "The Pool House," in the Cypress Breeze neighborhood, surrounded by state forest, and just a 1/2 mile away from the beautiful beaches of 30A! This new construction home features all new furniture, decor, bedding, kitchenware and more in 2019!

Arriving at the home you'll find parking for multiple vehicles, in addition to the one-car garage (reserved for golf cart parking, and storage of bikes and beach gear. Outside, the home features tasteful landscaping and yard space on multiple sides, with palm trees gently swaying in the neighborhood's plentiful coastal breezes.

Entering the home, light and bright coastal colors welcome you to a relaxing vacation. Your family will love the large open plan kitchen-living-dining area. Contemporary whites and grays are highlighted with splashes of blue color, pulling you toward the amazing pool just outside!

The home's central living areas flow beautifully toward the outdoor living space and private entrance to the pool. The living room area features plenty of seating for the whole family, with plush sofas and a 70-inch flat screen TV offering a great place for entertaining and lounging. All TVs are flat-screen Smart-TVs and include YouTube TV for full channel lineup, sports, etc.

The dining area is appointed with a large wooden table seating up to ten people, with more stools at the large granite-slab kitchen island, and plenty more seating at the outdoor dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll want or need to prepare your favorite culinary delights, and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of storage. You'll also find a half-bath located just off the entry, for everyone's convenience.

Four of five bedrooms are located upstairs. The first of four king bedrooms is located downstairs and features a king size bed, elegantly tiled en suite bathroom, and plenty of sunshine.

Upstairs, you'll find a small reading area, and a hallway which leads to bedrooms and balconies in two directions. Two king bedrooms face the pool, with a shared balcony. Facing the forest and street, you'll find the bunk room and another king bedroom with a private balcony.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a beautifully tiled full bathroom en suite. Guests in the master bedroom will enjoy amazing views to the pool and patio below.

Across the hallway from the master bedroom, another king size bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the bunk room. This king size bedroom also features views to the pool, waterfalls, and patio below.

At the opposite end of the hallway, the bunk room is thoughtfully decorated in a nautical theme, and features two bunk beds with full-size bunks in each.

The bunk room shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with king bedroom mentioned above. Across the hall from the bunk room, you'll find yet another large bedroom with a king-size bed, private en suite bathroom, and spacious private balcony gazing across the street to the forest!

The beach is just a short drive or moderate walk away from your front steps.About a 1/2-mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and life guards on duty in peak season.

If you're looking for a place with a fun pool, you cannot beat Cypress Breeze! This amazing pool is literally on your door step. From your back yard, enter the pool area through your private gate, and dive right in! At about 13,000 square feet, with multiple waterfalls and grottos, it's one of the largest community pools in all of Northwest Florida!

You'll also find fun shopping and dining at Gulf Place, including multiple restaurants, coffee shops, board-bike-gear rentals, souvenir shops, an oyster bar, a beer garden, candy store, ice cream shops, and more!

If you're looking to get out into nature, the Long Leaf Greenway Trailhead is just around the block. Outdoor enthusiasts will love to walk or bike this peaceful trail for miles through the Point Washington State Forest!

Love biking? Hop on one of the beach cruiser bikes included with your reservation, and the beach-world is yours! You'll find the bike path just outside the neighborhood's gated entrance. This paved bike path leads down to 30A, where you can follow the path along 30A (the beach road), winding through tiny beach towns for miles and miles.

In addition to all these wonderful features, you'll also appreciate the large, front-loading washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as high-speed internet. We know you'll love it here at The Pool House - come on down to the beach!

*We always try to keep some beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, floaties) at the property for your use. While these are not guaranteed, there’s usually a good stock of items available. We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.
