Such an amazing place to stay on the lake! Everything you need to be comfortable and cozy. We loved the throwback feel and VHS tapes brought back nostalgic memories. The decks, dock and hot tub make this place a must-stay and the location is perfect for South Grand - thank you!

Our stay was amazing. This was the second time staying here, first time was just the hubs and I but this time we brought the kids and they absolutely loved it and enjoyed every minute. Our host was absolutely amazing as the day we were leaving we noticed we had a flat tire. He showed up with a compressor and helped us out and never once made us feel like we were being rushed out. 10/10!

It is a great lake house! The dock/boat slip is where we hung out the most! Everything worked the way it was supposed to and we made great memories! If we go back to Grand Lake, this will be the first place I check for availability.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times now and love it every time. The view is absolutely stunning, there are squirrels and birds everywhere. It’s so peaceful and beautiful. I totally recommend this cabin.

Everything was pretty dang good!!! The weather was perfect. We took our bass boat and having it right there in the dock to go in and out as we wished, was great. Backing the trailer in was a challenge but doable. It takes some leg strength to go back and forth to the dock but considering our senior ages, it was understandable. Our legs feel much stronger now. The place is very nice and so relaxing. My only suggestion is for the host to purchase new beds. The mattresses are pretty old looking and were not very impressive. Especially the downstairs bed. But, all being said..."We definitely hope to go back next year"! Thanks Greg for being so accommodating. We hope we left it in satisfactory condition. 1.

Perfect place for R & R

I’ve spent the summer being a caregiver to my ailing mother, and this two night getaway was exactly what I needed to reset for the upcoming school year (as a teacher). I would love to revisit Greg’s place with family/friends sometime. It reminded me of my grandparents old cabin in Gove. Great memories and scenery!
