Beautiful independent villa with private pool, pets welcome

Beautiful villa with private pool, located 400 meters from the beach, in a quiet residential area.
RESERVATION ONLY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. ARRIVED BETWEEN 4 p.m. AND 8 p.m., DEPARTURE at 10 a.m. AT THE LATEST.
The villa is fully air conditioned with all comforts: TV lounge with all French and Spanish channels, DVD player, WiFi.
Fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery. Vacuum cleaner, ironing board + iron. Baby high chair.
2 double bedrooms, 140 bed with wardrobe, balcony terrace and one bedroom with bunk beds 1 of 140cm and the other of 90cm + cot, baby chair and baby monitor.
2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and WC and 1 with shower and WC.
Property entirely exterior and fully fenced and secure, possibility of indoor parking for 2 vehicles.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 7 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN.
A DEPOSIT OF €400 IN CASH WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL, WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE END OF THE STAY IF THERE HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEMS. CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED ( PLEASE CONSULT). LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED ( PLEASE CONSULT). PETS ARE ALLOWED, MAXIMUM 2, WITH A SUPPLEMENT OF €20 PER PET.

A very pleasant stay

The property is exactly as presented in the photos. Everything was very professional including a proper rental contract. Matilde was very attentive and helpful. When we told her the sun loungers were a bit dirty someone was there cleaning them within hours. They were dirty because rain had bought sand over as it tends to in southern Spain. The only very slight negative is that the road at the end of the property does create some noise but its not a big deal. Peurto Mazarron is mainly a Spanish resort and at end of May was very quiet. The beaches are all very clean with crystal clear water and would be very good for kids. One warning the rental does not include sheets and towels which is very strange for visitors from the UK but they can be hired at a supplement. All in all very good

la casa es una maravilla tiene de todo, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y limpias, estas cerca de todos los restaurantyes y tiendas pero en un barrio muy tranquilo para descansar. la propietaria es muy amable, atenta y pendiente de nosotros a nuestra llegada, y feli es un encanto nos recibio con mucho cariño, muy simpatica... todo genial, unas bonitas vacaciones
