You will have tons of space and amazing views with this amazing Grand Panama condo- tons of updates and great features! This 2 bedroom WITH additional Bunk area is perfect for your large family or party. Step into the updated kitchen- complete with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters, you can have coffee at the kitchen island, or make a full breakfast to enjoy at the separate dining space. The open floor plan leads into the living area, which has tons of natural light and gorgeous oceanfront views! There is a large flat screen TV and ample seating, which is perfect for movie nights. Step out onto your balcony and enjoy a sunset cocktail every evening.

The Master bedroom features a King bed and its own en suite bathroom. With double vanities, a separate large tub and fabulous linens, this room is its own oasis! The Guest room has a Queen bed, its own flat screen TV and plenty of storage. It is just steps from the shared bathroom. There is also a Bunk area with Twin beds- perfect for the kids!

This unit also includes a Washer and Dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with all of the small appliances and utensils you could need, and all bed and bath linens. Just bring your beach towel and get ready to have some fun!

Head out each day to the beach or one of the multiple pools, which are just steps away. Water sports such as sailing, jet skiing, kayaking or parasailing are located nearby, or just take a chair and relax on the beach. Enjoy the shade by the pool. Take a break in one of the many restaurants, or head to the Village of Grand Panama to do some shopping, located on the North side of the resort. Grand Panama also offers a full fitness center and event space, which can accommodate up to 120 people. There is something for everyone at Grand Panama 1-2008!

Resort Fee-- $55 -- This fee (which is not included in grand total) covers a parking pass (regardless of use), facility access (regardless of use), and wristbands granting access to the property up to the maximum occupancy of the unit.
Additional Parking Fee-- $35 for a second vehicle
One Day Parking Pass-- $10 for day guest
Motorcycle Parking Fee-- $55 for first motorcycle, $35 for each additional motorcycle
Trailer Parking Fee-- $55 Only allowed during biker week in the back blacktop parking area by the pond or other Grand Panama designated area.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
