We have never received a complaint regarding these areas at this property, and cleanliness is something we take great pride in across all our properties. Your arrival was just one day after the hurricane, and our teams were working extremely hard through power outages and many moving parts to ensure our properties were ready to welcome guests. While this is certainly not an excuse, we hope you can understand the extraordinary circumstances. As stated in our travel instructions, we are always just a phone call or text away! We never received a message regarding these concerns during your stay, or we would have gladly sent our team right over to remop the floors and reclean any surfaces that needed attention. We truly wish we had been given the opportunity to make everything perfect for you! Thank you for spending your third year with us! We appreciate your kind words about our service, the beautiful views, grounds, and included beach chairs and umbrellas. We are sharing your feedback with the owners for review and consideration. The couch is only three years old, and while we haven’t received prior complaints about these items, our team will inspect the couch, outdoor cushions, and mattress. Mattress comfort is personal, but we take your feedback seriously and will assess its condition and share your thoughts with the owners. The parking rules, registration process, and fees are established by the HOA, rather than our management team. We will forward your concerns to the HOA and board for review. We will also check the ice maker, as we haven’t received previous reports of a problem. Vacation ice usage can exceed a refrigerator’s production, particularly when filling coolers, so purchasing additional bagged ice may be helpful. We wish we had known about these concerns during your stay so we could have helped. Please always message us—we’re happy to bring ice, add or remove a mattress topper, or address anything else we can to make you comfortable.
