Back to Basics, Provencal farmhouse lost in the vineyards of Provence.
Back to Basics, Provencal farmhouse lost in the vineyards of Provence. Ideally located on an exceptional site with no neighbors nearby. The sheepfold is devoid of the superfluous, which makes it the ideal place to escape and meet up with friends or family. The sheepfold is ideal for an audience looking for a homecoming and who likes to live close to nature. This is planned for a family group of 8 to 10 people.
The sheepfold is an old building in the Provencal style of the beginning of the century located in the heart of vineyards. Ideally located on the Plateau of Caesar, known for its ancient ruins.
The house benefits from the calm of Provence thanks to the surrounding hills. The nearest neighbors are more than 500 meters away, so the calm is constant. Organized around a central courtyard, the house has three separate parts, only the main of which is available for rental.
In July and August, we give preference to stays of at least 1 week.
In terms of location, this charming house is located 2 km from the village of Laudun, a village with all the infrastructure and amenities you will need. In addition, the house is close to Uzès (20 minutes by car) and Avignon (30 minutes), as well as a hundred kilometers from the Camargue.
One point to bear in mind is the lack of running water. The house operates on an autonomous system taking as a reservoir a well whose resources are limited. It is therefore necessary to consume this water in moderation: 1 shower of 2 minutes per person and per day maximum. More explanations when renting. Water is a scarce commodity, save it.
