Please tell us about those in your party and pet details in your rental request. See attached Rental Agreement for details and contact information. Please submit completed Rental Agreement and a copy of valid Driver’s License with rental request.

We stock a starter set of toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, bath soap, etc. Guests provide their own beyond that.
Guests provide their own beach towels and toys.

We provide a beach set up including 2 chairs and an umbrella. Additional sets are available for rent through the Beach Service. Please check in with Beach Attendant for set.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Beautiful property - Great views and great location!

This property is immaculately decorated, very clean and has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Very easy access to the beach and great views of the sunset from the large patio. The owner is very easy to work with and was very helpful with recommendations, etc. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Miramar Beach and we will definitely rent here again!

What a View

Unbelievable view and clean beyond belief! I have never stayed at a place with a more wonderful view. Has everything you need including a Keurig and great cooking equipment. Such a comfortable bed and close to everything you need. It is absolute paradise!

We watched dolphins in the ocean from the patio several mornings. I love the complex was only 4 floors thus not overwhelming to get everything from the condo to the beach. Beverly, the owner, was wonderful at communicating and very responsive to anything we needed (her list of restaurants and activities was greatly appreciated).

This condo is just as pictured. Beautiful and newly renovated. Condo unit is in a great family oriented location. It is across the road but that was no biggie. Short walk to beach and beach chairs. Beach is beautiful. Pool is so convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing view from balcony, the bunk room would be fine for small kids but our 19 year old was cramped. Furnishings and decor were really nice.The area was secure and the location was a plus in our opinion. Thumbs up on this choice overall!!

Beautiful condo overlooking the beach

It’s a 4th floor condo on Scenic Dr. The road is in between the condo and the beach which the pictures don’t show, but it didn’t really matter. There was some road noise but it helped to be on the top floor. The walk to the beach is down an elevator or stairs and across the street. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. There is a very warm pool my kids loved that is on the opposite side of the parking lot, so not attached to the property either without a walk, but not too far. The hot tub was nice as well. We met many families that go back year after year. The views cannot be beat. To wake up on the water was breathtaking.

Great location Amazing Views!

This is a great place for a getaway! Because of Covid, I was nervous about traveling to Florida. The refund policy for this unit is pretty strict so we came anyway. I’m glad we did. There were a few minor hiccups with the property (clothes washing machine was broken, minimal blankets due to covid, one elevator broken throughout stay... first world problems) despite that, the unit is stocked well, is tastefully decorated, and convenient to many area attractions. The ocean is perfect, the sand is bright and not hot on your feet! :-) I would definitely stay here again!

Thanks Jackie for your stay and 5 Star review. We’re pleased to hear you would definitely stay again. Covid-19 has presented major challenges in every area of life as we all knew it. To be compliant with vacation rental guidelines issued by Florida, Walton County and the CDC, we were required to remove all bedding that could not be laundered using bleach. We still provide sheets and lightweight white quilts. We send all guests Covid-19 Information prior to their arrival to communicate the changes and precautions so if needed they can bring additional items. We’re so sorry about the washing machine not working. We purchased it new in May 2019 and it went out July 17th of this year (only 14 months old). We had purchased the BestBuy extended warranty and filed a repair claim July 17th. As we’ve been told since the day we filed the claim, service people are limited and parts are back ordered because of, you guessed it COVID! After the repair was rescheduled 4 times because of parts we went and purchased a new washing machine. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We have tried to accommodate guests by communicating prior to arrival, providing a towel exchange mid stay and have offered to pay for laundry service for personal clothing if needed. We were not aware an elevator had been out. Thankfully, there are 2 and it’s a small property. I would guess parts were the issue with it being out all week.

Bright & Beautiful Beachfront Condo - pet friendly too!

You will love this beautiful condo with its expansive ocean view and superb location. Everyone has a "Wow!" response when they enter and see how lovely it is in every way. Gorgeous tile in the kitchen and bathrooms with very comfortable furnishings both inside and on the balcony. There is plenty of seating for company and we were able to get 8 around the table for Christmas dinner. Nice large washer/dryer. Quiet with minimal neighbor and traffic noise. Host is very responsive to messages. Located close to 2 excellent restaurants - Tuscany Bistro for the best ever Italian cuisine and Pompano Joe's for great seafood. Don't look any further for a great beachfront option in this area.

Delightful and relaxing

The complex is in a great location and well maintained. The condo is decorated well and it’s comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and activities. The balcony is perfect for beach views and people watching. Make sure you pack beach/pool towels and floats. Also, you only get 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom so bring extra. You are not allowed to use the bed comforters so pack extra blankets if you want more than thin sheet bedding. The bathrooms don’t have nightlights so pack one if you get up at night like I do. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I recommend this condo. The owners were very responsive and communicated all their expectations.

Thanks Leah, Always glad to hear positive feedback and recommendations for our property. I wish you had ask me when I checked in with you about bedding. Beds are made with a decorative quilt on top and an additional white quilt for guests use. We do ask that you remove the top decorative quilt but would never leave guests with only a sheet. I’m sorry you didn’t realize you were supposed to use the white quilts. Condo rentals are different than hotel in that most do not provide beach towels, floats, toys, etc. Guests are provided a one time set up of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. We provide laundry and kitchen soap/dishwasher pods as well. This is all spelled out on our VRBO page. Night lights were there, unfortunately things sometimes disappeared. Thanks for letting us know so we can replace.

Beautiful home and great location

My husband and I had a wonderful time here. The home is so clean and has everything you need to feel comfortable and relax. The view is gorgeous, and the host is very easy to work with. We will definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

We had a relaxing week at this beautiful, pet friendly and well kept condo. Beverly was awesome and very quick to respond to questions. We had no issues, only good things. The kitchen was great for cooking, with crock pot, blender, several coffee pots, and toaster. Pots and pans were clean and in good condition. Our beds were comfortable and you couldn’t beat the view. We are already planning our return visit.

This is our 3rd condo to purchase and remodel in Miramar Beach. We purchased and remodeled a one bedroom in Maravilla in 2014. It’s currently on VRBO #669957. Purchased a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath in Maravilla March 2017 remodeled and lived in it 2 years and recently sold after only 1 day on the market! We love Destin and the Miramar Beach area. Before moving to Destin, we vacationed here for over 30 years. We’ve been blessed to have traveled to many beautiful places but it’s hard to find beaches prettier than right here in the beautiful Emerald Coast!
