Pretty much my perfect apartment for Puerto de la Cruz, e.g. central location but not noisy. Lots of great restaurants/cafes/bars close by. Patio a real bonus.

A Great Choice

Two teens, their parents, and their grandparents spent a wonderful week here. The location is the best - right near the ocean and the promenade, a short walk to two large supermarkets, and with dozens of nearby restaurants. We had everything we needed for cooking and eating together, indoors and out. There is abundant outdoors space for eating, reading, sunning, and for watching the ocean waves roll or crash into the rocky shore. We had a rental car but it is not needed. The host was gracious and a responsive and warm communicator who has local roots going back decades.

Paradise Central

We had a terrific one-week trip to Tenerife this past February. Teresa’s house was paradise central -- we cannot imagine a better location in Puerto de la Cruz. Theresa was an ideal hostess. From the moment we arrived (smelling ice cream cones as we approached Teresa’s house) to the moment of our departure, everything was simple and easy. The house was clean and spacious, and the terrace was quite large and inviting. Everything was as pictured and the WiFi worked perfectly. There was no need for a car. There are shops and supermarkets all around. The trolley to the zoo (Loro Parque) was practically a two minute walk from the house. Terrific restaurants (El Taller Seve Diaz was our favorite) were a short walk away and the promenade overlooking the Atlantic was right there. The bus to the volcano was easy to reach on foot. We also got to see a colorful Carnival parade during our stay. We hope to return again!

Amazing house in the perfect location

We have just spent two weeks here, from start to finish we had an amazing experience. The house is spacious and immaculately clean, lots of kitchen utensils to cook in the house if required, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The sitting room has comfy sofas which you don’t find in many holiday houses! There are two outdoor seating/eating areas where we spent most of our time. The property has a large terrace perfect for sunbathing and reading a book in the sun. The house is right in front of San Telmo beach where you can swim. You walk down a few steps and your there, it’s that easy! You are right in the centre of town next to the best ice cream shops and shops -Be sure to check out Bambi Gourmet when staying the food is delicious. Our check in was hassle free, we met Therese and she showed us around and answered all our questions. There is high speed WiFi so you could work from here if needs be, no problem. The pictures don’t do this house justice. I will 100% be back to this house again

Geniale Lage, etwas laut.

Die Lage im Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz und die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand "Playa de San Telmo" ist ein Träumchen. Die Ausstattung des Objektes war für uns sechs Reisenden vollkommen OK. Es gibt zahlreiche Supermärkte und Bäckereien in der Nähe, die eine Selbstversorgung vollkommen unproblematisch machen. Parken kann man nur knapp 10 Minuten entfernt auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz "Explanada del Muelle", sofern dort nicht gerade Weihnachtsmarkt oder ein anderes größeres Event stattfindet. Das einzige, verzeihbare Manko ist, dass auf Grund der Lage die Umgebungslautstärke gelegentlich nicht ganz ohne ist. Erstaunlicherweise auch mitten in der Nacht, wenn die Putzkolonnen durch die Straßen ziehen. Alles in allem ist das eine großartige Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Das Haus ist wirklich in Ordnung, alles etwas älter, aber soweit ordentlich. Die Lage direkt und ganz zentral in der Stadt ist wirklich toll, man hat vom Haus sogar etwas Meerblick. Trotzdem waren wir sehr unzufrieden: direkt neben dem Haus gibt es eine Großbaustelle (Hotel oder Appartementhaus) bei der von 7:45 Uhr bis ca 17:00 Uhr durchgehend gearbeitet wird. Die Lautstärke war unerträglich, wir konnten die Terrassen am Tag gar nicht nutzen. Zudem steht direkt neben dem Haus riesiger Baukran, der Lasten direkt neben und über das Haus transportiert hat. Da natürlich auch jede Menge Bauleute auf der Baustelle waren, ist ein ungestörtes Liegen oder Essen auf der Terrasse nicht möglich gewesen. Wir hatten dann Teresa angeschrieben und gefragt, warum sie uns vorher oder auf der Webseite keinen Hinweis zu dieser extremen Beeinträchtigung gegeben hat. Sie meinte dazu, das es einen Hinweis auf einer anderen spanischen Buchungsseite auf Spanisch gibt, angeblich kannte sie diese Webseite hier gar nicht und außerdem könnten wir uns auf die andere Seite der Terrasse setzen. Das war alles sehr merkwürdig und für den Urlaub sehr unschön. Da der Lärm inkl. Baukran nicht auszuhalten waren, raten wir dringend von diesem Haus ab.

Toplage und grosszügige Ausstattung

Das Objekt hat unsere Erwartungen (laut Beschreibung in der Anzeige) noch übertroffen. Man hat z.B. sogar seitlichen Meerblick. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und ausgestattet. Die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise war unkompliziert und Teresa auch sehr hilfsbereit bei der Anmietung eines Parkplatzes, stets erreichbar und total nett. ich glaube, man kann kaum eine bessere Unterkunft in Puerto finden, wenn man zentral wohnen will.

Sehr zentral und geräumig

Es ist ein schönes, geräumiges Haus, sehr zentral gelegen, dadurch allerdings etwas laut durch Müllabfuhr und Stadtreinigung ab 7 Uhr. Ein Aggregat vom Hotel nebenan dröhnt ebenfalls ununterbrochen. Ansonsten haben wir es genossen. Ein deutsches Fernsehprogramm wäre allerdings auch angenehm.

Ein schöner Urlaub, Wiederholung droht

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt und entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet. Die Einrichtung ist gut und modern. Die 3 Terassen laden zum relaxen ein. Die Lage ist top. Teresa sit eine aufmerksame und nette Vermieterin. Für den Ankunfstag waren kleine Aufmerksamkeiten breitgestellt. Ein Tipp für alle, die auch deutsches Fernsehen möchten: Lapptop mitnehmen! Das Haus-TV bietet keine deutschen Programme, aber wLAN funktioniert tadellos

Mooi huis op schitterende plek in het centrum van Puerto de la Cruz.

Wij, 2 stellen van 60+, hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in Puerto de la Cruz. Het huis van Teresa is gelegen aan de boulevard van Puerto de la Cruz. Het ligt boven winkels en is via een trap vanaf de boulevard te bereiken. Het huis heeft en fijne en ruime indeling en was goed onderhouden en schoon. Het buitenterras was zonnig en zeer ruim met een tafel waaraan we elke morgen konden ontbijten. Het huis was wel rumoerig door vrachtverkeer wat elke dag vroeg in de morgen winkels kwam bevoorraden en vuilnisbakken kwam legen. Met gesloten ramen konden wij prima slapen.

Seine Fenster schauen an eine große Terrasse und in kleine grüne Gassen. Es gibt genug Sonne und Schatten, Trubel und Entspannung. Die Ausstattung ist schön und auf südliche Art zweckmäßig. Es gibt alles, was man braucht in bester Qualität. Sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten warten im Kühlschrank auf durch langen Weg ermüdete Anreisende. Teresa ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben z.B nach einem zusätzlichen Schlüsselbund gefragt und in einem Tag den nach Hause gebracht bekommen. Die Räume und Bettwäsche sowie Bade- und Handtüche sind frisch und sauber. Also das Urlaubsdomizil ist nur zu empfehlen.

Perfect House!

This house was perfect for our two week vacation. There were six in our party and the house had room for us all. We were walking distance from everything. We enjoyed beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere and the sound of the ocean all right at our doorstep. The location of the house in Puerto de la Cruz could not have been better. Our landlady made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and roomy, much bigger than we thought! We would stay here agin.

La maison est grande et tres bien equipee. Emplacement central proche de tout. Teresa est tres sympathique et parle parfaitement le francais. Elle nous a tres bien acceuillis et conseilles.
