Whether you’re a skier, snowboarder or attending the world famous Sundance Film Festival, this beautiful mountain home, located in one of Deer Valley's most desirable neighborhoods, is the perfect place to spend your family vacation or weekend getaway. Easy access to Park City’s charming Main Street, world class skiing, snowboarding and over 400+ miles of bike trails.

The space:
This newly remodelled four bed, four bath townhouse is perfectly situated for guests to enjoy easy access to the Deer Valley Resort, Park City and the Canyons. The property sleeps eight people comfortably and is the perfect place to enjoy world class skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and the Sundance Film Festival.

Relax after a day in our private hot tub.

Features include a fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, blender, juicer, coffee maker, dishwasher. A remote operated fireplace, washer and dryer, private garage, complimentary hi-speed wireless internet, Cable TV and large 4K Smart LCD TVs with Apple TV are all available for Guest use.

The dining room comfortably seats six guests, with additional seating at the kitchen bar-counter for four.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and a newly updated en-suite bathroom with jetted tub. Room also features a large 4K Smart LCD TV for guest use.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom has been updated to include a queen size bed, with twin size bunkbed above, with an additional twin size bunkbed adjacent. Also with an en-suite bathroom, this is the perfect kid room!

The forth bedroom also features a queen size bed.

Each of the four bedrooms have plenty of closet space, comfortable mattresses, with quality linens & pillows. For larger groups, a queen size air mattress is also available.

Family friendly items, including two "pack n plays" and a highchair, are provided for guest use.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house including laundry, closets and hot tub during their stay.

Two car parking is available in the private garage. Parking on the driveway, or in the street interferes with snow removal and is prohibited by our “Association Rental & Usage Rules." Violators will be ticketed or towed by our HOA.

Other things to note:
With the ever-increasing popularity of short-term rentals, our Homeowners Association wishes to remind all Hosts and their Guests, that the “Association Rental & Usage Rules," will be enforced and that failure to comply with these rules may result in fines, towing, or other actions taken.

As Hosts, we wish to remain on excellent terms with all our neighbors, especially at a time when many neighborhoods have restricted or banned short-term rentals. Please be advised that once a booking is confirmed, all Guests will be bound by the terms of the “Association Rental & Usage Rules," a copy of which can be found online in the “House Rules” section of the listing and displayed at the house.

GETTING AROUND
The townhouse is in a prime location.
3 minute drive to Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley, or during ski season, take the complimentary shuttle that picks up at the end of the driveway during the winter season:

10 minutes to the Lodge at Mountain Village, for a day on the mountain at the Park City Resort.

15 minutes to the Canyons Village at Park City.

45 minutes to Salt Lake City International Airport.

During the summer months, the local neighborhood is extremely walkable and bike friendly, however guests traveling further afield may prefer the use of their car. If you choose not to drive, Taxis and Uber are also easily available.

Your personal 4-digit code, is the last 4-digits of your phone number, as listed on your booking and profile.

Smart Lock:

The deadbolt will automatically retract.
