About this property

Make yourself at home in this cute and bright apt!

This apartment is situated as the ground level of a two story duplex. Newly remodeled including all new bathroom, granite counter in kitchen, and all hardwood or tile floors. Smart TV's in the bedrooms and Smart TV with cable in the living room. Everything you need for making meals, and close to many restaurants if you'd rather not! Right next door to a coffee cafe! One minute walk to the bus stop. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown, and an 8 minute drive to the Big House. The upstairs tenants are long term residents. You will be able to hear them walking around in their apartment. The City allows a maximum of two unrelated guests. City permit # is STR25-3098.

Easy access off i94 at Jackson st. Next exit is the Big House and University exit. Also located next to a Kroger store and Zingerman’s Roadhouse restaurant, a little pricey, but order smart and it will be worth it. Right next door is a middle eastern coffee house which seems all the rage today. Good breakfast items and yummy coffee. Good parking, nice mud room with washer and dryer. Stayed 17 nights, very good for the longer stays.

This accommodation was great. We were a group of three humans and one dog; it was very comfortable for all. Parking was off the street and easily accessed. Plenty of places nearby to get groceries or eat out. The host left out menus and local info, and even a gift card to cover a coffee at the cafe right next door.The place was well stocked with things you would want on hand, and things you might not expect yet find useful!

Great place to stay

I stayed just two nights while passing through to visit my family. It is convenient to all the main roads around Ann Arbor but also in a quiet neighborhood. The coffee shop next door is a great bonus! It had everything I needed and would have worked well for a longer stay with my teenage child as well.

Such a cozy space with everything you could need! We were shocked by the kitchen and the pans and plates etc made it simple for us to make cozy snacks and eat together. The space is warm and welcoming with comfortable couches and beds that had me sleeping like a rock. The quilts were especially lovely. The location was unbeatable with both an amazing coffee shop and Zimmermans right near by. The hosts were so welcoming: quick to respond to any questions and even left us a little treat card for the coffeeshop!

The location is ideal, and it is less than 10 minutes from the University of Michigan campus, which exceeded our expectations regarding cleanliness and easy access. We will always look to book this location for our future trips to Ann Arbor!
