Architect house, classified 4 *, quiet and 1 km from the charming village of Montesquieu-des-Albères, ideally located for exploring the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. A few minutes from the beaches, Spain, Céret or Perpignan and 8 km from the shops. Take advantage of the climate (300 days of sunshine a year) to hike, ride a horse or cycle and dive in natural hot water baths.
Independent accommodation and without any vis-à-vis. You will enjoy the overhanging terrace, facing the mountain and enjoy the barbecue and sunsets on the Canigo. Magnificent view, both from the sofa and from the private swimming pool of 10m x 5m. (The owner couple, quiet and discreet people, use it only in your absence). A plot of 300 m² will be for your exclusive use. Fully air conditioned. Wireless. Everything is included: charges, bed and bath linen and cleaning. And the beds will be made upon arrival. Holiday vouchers and credit cards accepted.

Great house!

Very nice and comfortable house. To make it complete a partly covered terrace would be nice and some cooks knives and a fry pan to make eggs with bacon. All windows are covered with screens.

Merci de votre excellente note. Il vous était possible de bénéficier du auvent de la piscine si vous le souhaitiez (et il y a un parasol sur la terrasse). Je précise qu'il y a une poêle, des couteaux à beurre, des couteaux à steak, un couteau à pain, un couteau de service à disposition. En qualité familiale et non professionnelle comme vous le demandiez. J'ai oublié de vous poser la question mais je suppose que vous êtes cuisinier de profession !

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen!Die Kommunikation und die Übergabe war sehr freundlich.Das Haus ist sauber und gut eingerichtet.Die Klimaanlage und die Fliegengitter waren sehr nützlich. Der private Pool und die Poolanlage sind vom Haus wenige Schritte (ca 30 Meter) entfernt. Zu beachten ist die begrenzte Nutzungsdauer von 10 bis 20 Uhr!Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und diskret!Zum nächsten Strand fährt man ca 20 Minuten.

Les horaires du bassin (10h–20h) sont nécessaires pour des raisons d’organisation, mais nous espérons que vous avez tout de même pu en profiter pleinement et y passer de bons moments de détente. Eine wunderschöne Lage und Ruhe. Wer Entspannung in schöner Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Toller landschaftlicher Ausblick, tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung. In 20 Minuten ist man am Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten tolle Tage dort.

Leuk huis

Wat aan de kleine kant, wel netjes en alles voor handen. Jammer dat het zwembad niet aan het huisje grenst, je moet de oprit overlopen om aan het zwembad te graken, geen wc of koelkast aan zwembad. Ook was het zwembad redelijk diep waardoor het wel koud was. Voor de kindjes wel niet zo leuk, is beter als ze kunnen staan ook, was na de trapjes meteen redelijk diep.

Pour les personnes qui vous liraient, je précise que la piscine se trouve de l'autre côté de la maison, dans la propriété, à quelques dizaines de mètres de la maison de vacances (où il y a bien entendu des toilettes et un réfrigérateur). Elle est de 60 m² environ plus 20 m² de terrasse. Vous êtes partis ce matin et je viens de contrôler la température de la piscine : presque 28 °. Et, à entendre vos enfants, il me semblait qu'ils s'y amusaient (assez bruyament, d'ailleurs). Il est vrai qu'elle est profonde, minimum 1.30m et cela descend assez rapidement. Il est donc préférable que les locataires sachent nager. Merci d'avoir souligné la propreté du logement.

Le repos!!!

Comme nous le disions à notre hôte avant de partir, nous nous sommes vraiment reposes! Le calme est le maître mot de cette location: calme au bord de cette belle piscine, calme dans le logement, calme du village!! Nous avons appris à nous poser😉 Petite précision qui a son importance , nos hôtes sont des gens adorables aux petits soins pour les vacanciers, prévenants ! Bref une semaine comme nous les aimons! Merci beaucoup!

Un espace reposant

Une tres agréable location ,decor soigné et qualite des équipements le tout dans un endroit parfaitement calme mais proche mer moyenne montagne et espagne. Pour couronner le tout une piscine magnifique! Bref un séjour de repos reussi.

Leuk huis in zeer rustige omgeving

Het huis zit vast aan dat van de eigenaar maar je hebt eigen terras. Huis is niet heel ruim maar leuk ingericht en overal airco (en dat is bij plus 35 gr erg prettig). Groot zwembad. Dicht bij leuke plaatsjes.

Je précise pour les personnes qui nous liraient qu'il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis et que la totalité du logement est indépendante. Il est vrai que le gîte est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans notre belle région. (Google traduction) Bedankt voor uw mening. We zijn blij dat je genoten hebt van de inrichting en het grote zwembad. Ik specificeer voor mensen die ons lezen dat er geen vis-à-vis is en dat de hele woning onafhankelijk is. Het is waar dat het huisje ideaal gelegen is om te schitteren in onze prachtige regio.

Une magnifique propriété dans un bel environnement

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au mas des Romarins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la belle vue sur le Canigou, la grande piscine, l'aménagement de la maison et sa situation idéale pour découvrir Perpignan, Céret et Cadaquès, Gérone et Figueras en Espagne. Super séjour !

Vacances au super calme , reposantes, superbe vue panoramique ! Maison très agréable soignée et propre. Piscine privée super. les biquettes du jardin ont ravi les enfants! Pleins d'activités aux alentours. Propriétaires très discrets tout en étant très accueillants et bienveillants. Vraiment des chouettes vacances!
