House is next to El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of the desert. Close to Indian wells tennis tournament, or the Coachella Music festivals. Also, just a few minutes drive to Palm Springs.

If guest desires pool heat, there will be a $2000 pool gas deposit. Within 7 days of departure gas bill will be presented and 80% of the bill will be charged to the pool heat deposit. Deposit amount is subject to change depending on current gas prices at time of stay, not at time of booking.
If only spa heating is desired, $50 per day.
