The renters must be solely responsible for pool safety. The pool is extremely shallow and absolutely no diving or jumping.
There is an additional $150 per night for use of the pool and hot tub, the cost to operate the pool and Hot Tub on a daily cost owner $300/day

You will not find reviews because the property is new to VRBO. I was reluctant to rent it on a short term basis, but it has been rented several times over the past three years longterm and my tenants will tell you that I pay incredibly close attention to every detail. I always available and will ensure the your experience is perfect.

Why they chose this property

This development is very small and is exquisite. It is very quiet. When you enter you feel like you’re entering Italy in the middle of the Palm Springs area Rancho Mirage it is convening located minutes away from the airport and from the main sources of entertainment. This property will truly take your breath away it is absolutely gorgeous.
