Located just a 10-minute walk from St Andrews Harbour and 20 minutes from the centre of St Andrews, Kilrymont View is a hidden gem perfectly equipped for you family staycation.
You enter into a welcoming entrance hall, which opens up to the stunning extension. The floor to ceiling windows span the entire back wall allow natural light to flood in to its impressive open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The living area set at the rear, benefits from a free-standing log burner, perfect for cosying up beside in the evening, including the dog!
Set across one level, the two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with the option to set both as either a superking bed or as twins. The master bathroom has a shower cubicle and separate bathtub.
Just off the kitchen is a utility room, with another door to the front, so if you're headed back after a day at the beach, you can wash off before entering the house.
To the rear, Kilrymont View boasts a fully enclosed, private back garden - perfect for families with small children or dogs, with a private gate which provides access on to a quiet woodland walk. To the front, there is private parking for up to two cars, with further on street parking available.
