We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, ideal location in a cosy, warm and very clean cottage. The view the reservoir from the front window was lovely and the little wood at the back of the property was a riot of autumn colours. We definitely hope to return.

Everything about the Lodge was first rate.
Everything about the Lodge was first rate. Excellent quality equipment and toiletries, very comfortable beds, warm and cosy feel. The apple juice made by the owners was delicious - even bought some to bring home. Lisa and Duncan, the owners, were very friendly and obviously work very hard to maintain such high standards.

This was a great base for walking the coastal path.
This was a great base for walking the coastal path. Pretty much in the middle of nowhere, but a big Co-op only 10 minutes drive away. There's a nice walk round a nature reserve right opposite. It was icy when we were there and we were glad of the wood burning stove.

A beautiful cottage very well presented in beautiful countryside. The weather was really kind and we had a lovely relaxed week
This is a beautiful little lodge cottage which has been thoughtfully and tastefully modernised. It has all the home comforts you could wish for , is exceptionally clean and in a quiet peaceful location.
The owners, Lisa & Duncan are extremely friendly and welcoming and ensure you have all you need for a comfortable stress free stay.
There is parking for 2 cars and plenty of lawned areas around the cottage and walks on your doorstep. You can discover Fife and it’s wonderful coastline with ease from this well located property.

Lovely little cottage in a fantastic location.
Lovely little cottage in a fantastic location. Lots of little fishing towns to explore within easy reach to the south, and St Andrews a short drive to the north. There's also a wee reservoir come nature reserve right across the road which the kids loved exploring, along with the grounds of the lodge (and main house) itself. The kids are already asking to go back to Fife!

This was the most amazing holiday rental we have ever stayed in.
This was the most amazing holiday rental we have ever stayed in.( we were the first people in) The lodge has been equipped superbly, beds so comfortable, towels big and so soft, showers amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need on a break plus a few extras. Very thoughtful done. We had a dog with us and the house is dog friendly, we took a long lead which we attached to a tree so she was perfectly safe and free to roam the garden. The standard of decor is exceptional for a holiday let. We will be going again, most definitely. The area is beautiful around this area in East Neuk and the coastal paths, beaches are perfect for walking in the autumn and you are within reach of St Andrews and an easy train ride to Edinburgh. Plenty of dog friendly pubs and cafes around this area. Lisa, the owner is on hand for any queries. Highly recommend this lodge
