Gorgeous cottage in Gobles Grove, Port Elgin, a small beach community located in the popular town of Port Elgin. We are located directly across from the beach with a private path that we own, giving you direct access to a quiet, sandy beach that is a 30 second walk away. The beach is clean and has a walk in entry and is perfect for swimming and playing for children of all ages.
The cottage itself has 4 large bedrooms with closets and dressers, a private hot tub, new outdoor shower and huge backyard! We use the cottage ourselves as a second home so it is well appointed and maintained. It is beautifully decorated with a mix of new furniture and antiques and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances that you need including a Kuerig, coffee maker and a crockpot, among all of the regular kitchen essentials. You need it-it's there! There is an AC unit and a ceiling fan upstairs to keep you cool on those hot summer days. The cottage was recently renovated with new paint, light fixtures, mattresses, pillows, comforters, dishes, glasses, etc. It is decorated in crisp, clean, modern, cottage style with a soothing, relaxing colour palette. You will find that it doesn't have that "tired" look and smell that some older cottages have. The cottage has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday in paradise! We even provide a games cupboard and DVD player for your family to enjoy on those rainy days or evenings. Just bring your clothes, towels and food and get ready to relax and enjoy our piece of paradise on Lake Huron!

Port Elgin is known for having clean beaches and water, beautiful sunsets and great shopping downtown. Go to the main beach on Wednesday to experience the flea market and Sunday night concerts. Minutes from Historic Southampton, with gorgeous beaches, a museum, famous bake shop, Jerry’s Fries and wonderful shopping. Tobermory, the caves and the ChiChiMon are an hour away while Sauble Beach and Owen Sound are 30 minutes away-there's so much to explore in the area! Enjoy a beach get away, swimming or boating on the quiet waters, fishing, watching sunsets, building sandcastles, exploring nature and walking along kilometers of sandy beaches-you won't be disappointed!
