Large Custom Home with beach and water view
Dave's Waves is a new construction house located right on a dune. The unique location gives the house a unique feel and privacy. Dave's Waves features four different decks, two master suites each with their own deck, great views, easy beach access, and so much more.
Each master suite has a TV, Private bathroom, private upper-level deck, and queen bed. Three rolling beds can be set up in the bedrooms or living area. The bunk room features a Pyramid Bunk (full on bottom and twin on top) and a twin bunk, a great area for kids to sleep or a couple with kids.
Beach access is available via the public walk-over a few houses down at the end of Gulfway Court.
We now offer optional linen service to fit your needs and budget:
• Bring Your Own Linens (sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels) to save on costs. If you would like to bring your own linens ask us to remove the cost which is included in the cleaning fee.
Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines. If you have any questions or special requests, just let us know - we are happy to help!

At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.
In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.
