Great furnished aprtmnt! Beautiful view! Med lngth stay possible thru May 2024

Our Canyonview apartment has the feeling of a tree house as it sits above Spearfish Canyon. It is conveniently located at 309 Canyonview Lane, Spearfish, SD, a beautiful community close to all things Black Hills.
The apartment is a daylight basement with two bedrooms, a murphy bed, and one bath. One bedroom features a king sized bed and the other has a queen. The deck is under construction but it has a good amount usable!! We are available every day for short stays OR if you are a fairly quiet someone or someones :) who would appreciate this lovely apartment and view for a medium length stay through May, 2024 contact us. $1100 a month includes all utilities plus wifi. There is a washer dryer too! Tenant would need to scoop their own snow when we are out of town. No pets or smoking.

The property was very nice - the owners left good notes about some repair work that was going to be completed. We couldn't figure out the TV in the living area but we were not there enough for it to matter. Overall a very good experience and a beautiful view.

You will not be disappointed

The experience was perfect, it was quiet secluded and peaceful. The view from the inside and out is amazing overlooking spearfish creek and to the start of the canyon. The owners are awesome and helpful if you have any questions. U will not regret this place

First family vacation

Labor day weekend 2020! It was very nice house to stay in for my family of six. The first morning got up and at end of both ends of street there were deer roaming around. Very nice plenty of room and space to relax. Outside porch overlooking mountain views phenomenal. Close by stores and restaurants. I would recommend this place for stay and I would like to come back in near future! Management is very nice? Thanks again?

Our children drew us to the Black Hills. Our son graduated from Black Hills State University and our daughter married a local fellow and both settled in the beautiful Black Hills with their families. We came to love the area too and here we are! David is semi retired and doing project management and construction projects, and I am employed at TSP, Inc., an Architectural and Engineering firm. Our hobbies mostly center around our 3 children and 8 grandchildren, 5 of whom live in Spearfish, and 3 who live in Casper, WY. When we aren't attending functions and activities involving our family, we can often be found sitting on our deck in the warm months and the sunroom in the cold months, enjoying a glass of wine.

This apartment is very inviting and homey. It offers every comfort with a beautiful view and is close to the many sites and sounds of the Black Hills, from site seeing to skiing to learning the fascinating history of the area.
