Capital of the Pays de Buch, located in the department of Gironde in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne, La Teste is a town located south of the Arcachon basin, between Arcachon and Gujan-Mestras. With the waters of the basin to the north, it limits to the south the town of Arcachon, former hamlet of La Teste.
To the west of the town is the Dune du Pilat, which continues southward along the popular ocean beaches during the summer months.
To the south is the pond of Cazaux and Sanguinet, called Lake Cazaux, shared between the department of Gironde and the Landes.

Logement au calme, bien équipé et propre

Ce logement est bien situé et au calme. Il a tout l' équipement nécessaire pour passer un agréable sejour même en cas de chaleur avec les ventilateurs et les rafraichisseurs d'air pour les chambres. Il est très propre et la literie confortable. L'hôtesse est très accueillante. Nous avons apprécié ses petites attentions à notre arrivée, sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in La Test-de-Buch verbracht. An dem Ferienhaus gab es absolut nichts auszusetzen, bis auf eine Kleinigkeit. Bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad heizt sich die Wohnung sehr schnell auf und die vorhandenen, kleinen mobilen Klimageräte reichen nicht aus, um eine angenehme Temperatur zum schlafen zu erzeugen. Vielen lieben Dank an Vermieterin Nicole Lable und ihren Bekannten Philippe, die sich in rührender Weise um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert haben und uns auch nebenbei bei einem privaten Problem unterstützt haben. Semaine à la Teste de Buch

L'accueil a été très chaleureux. Nicole nous indiqué les sites à visiter et les restaurants, comme la cabane à Pinpin. L'a maison est fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La literie est parfaite ! C'est une adresse à retenir pour un futur séjour .

Une personne nous a accueillis pour faire un tour rapide extérieur et intérieur et nous expliquer le fonctionnement (appareils ménagers, clés, tri sélectif..) Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa. Sencilla pero con todo lo necesario y más. Buena relación calidad-precio Los anfitriones estuvieron muy pendientes de que estuviésemos bien. Muy cerca de las dunas de pilat y de Arcachón.
