To spend a pleasant holiday or a relaxing weekend all year round, we offer you our pleasant bungalow in a secure residence, for 4 people, 2 beautiful bedrooms with a large bed each, possibility of putting also a folding bed (available free of charge). A garden not overlooked, with barbecue. Two bikes to explore our beautiful region. Private parking space. Town center and market (400 m) shopping center, restaurant, cinema (100 m) Port, oyster tasting and train station 800 m. Quiet with all amenities. ARCACHON and its beaches 2 kms away. Dune du Pyla and nearby Ocean beaches (8 kms)

Bel appartement, jardin clĂŽturĂ© convient trĂšs bien aux propriĂ©taires de chiens. Environnement un peu bruyant cependant. Les matelas pourraient ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s une fois : trop mous et affaissĂ©s. Stefanie, la gĂ©rante, est trĂšs trĂšs gentille.

Beau séjour

Magnifique maison qui correspondait au descriptif, propre, bien entretenue et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Bien situĂ©e pour les diffĂ©rentes visites seulement l'endroit Ă©tait quand bruyant le soir suite Ă  un bar rĂ©putĂ©. La musique s'arrĂȘtait Ă  22h mais malheureusement l'incivilitĂ© des personnes qui rentraient aux petites heures le matin nous rĂ©veillait avec leur cris ,.... Dans le lotissement tout Ă©tait trĂšs calme et sĂ©curisĂ© mais les abords assez bruyant. Mis Ă  part ce petit dĂ©sagrĂ©ment tout s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©.

Region La Teste / Arcachon / Übergabe

In der Region La Teste / Arcachon haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Von dort haben wir Bordeaux, Cap Ferret und die Dune Pilat besucht. Die verschiedenen StrĂ€nde sind sehr schön. Leider fĂŒhrt am Objekt eine zeitweise stark befahrene Straße vorbei. Bei Ankunft verlief die Übergabe/Übernahme des SchlĂŒssels chaotisch. Betten waren leider nicht bezogen nicht bezogen. Kein Englisch.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt . Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und auch die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war super. Wir wĂŒrden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Nous nous sommes sentis trĂšs Ă  l'aise. C'est un trĂšs bel appartement, Ă©quipĂ© de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. L'emplacement est bon. Le contact avec la propriĂ©taire Ă©tait trĂšs bon et la personne de contact sur place Ă©tait super. Nous recommanderons certainement cet hĂ©bergement.

Idéalement situé pour satisfaire tant le shopping, que les promenades "citadines" ou maritime

AgrĂ©able logement, tout confort et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Je voyage avec mon fils, adulte, grand handicapĂ© moteur. Je suis donc toujours Ă  la recherche d'un logement adĂ©quat, accessible aux personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite. Rien Ă  redire quant Ă  l'accĂšs Ă  l'appartement, au parking. L'appartement dispose d'une superbe douche italienne.....oĂč mon fils n'a pu accĂ©der : impossible de passer la porte de la salle de bain et encore moins, d'entrer dans la douche.... nous y avons cependant passer de trĂšs agrĂ©ables moments paisibles

Fijn verblijf gehad. Er zit een supermarkt dichtbij en een lekker bakkerijtje. Voor de restaurantjes, etc. moet je wel wat verder rijden. Je kunt dan naar Arcachon, dit is zo’n 10 min. met de auto.

Location propre, fonctionnelle et proche centre

Maison conforme à l'annonce. Propre, fonctionnelle, à 2 pas du centre de La Teste et à quelques minutes d'Arcachon et autres sites touristiques. Martine est disponible et réactive avec des réponses dans le quart d'heure. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y reviendrons à l'occasion.

Location propre et bien située

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cet appartement en rez-de-jardin, petite copropriété au calme et trÚs bien située proche centre commercial, cinéma, marché... Le logement est trÚs bien équipé, propre, et nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli par Sandrine. Nous recommandons cette location. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
