This large air-conditioned 80sqm three-room apartment is located on the first floor of a recent, secure building with lift, in the city center, close to all shops and the beach. Everything can be done on foot, the car is not essential, garage available in the basement. Its openings and its large 30 m2 terrace offer peace and quiet.

Un accueil chaleureux par des hôtes exceptionnels. Francis et Mady sont attentionnés et s’attachent à vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Leur gentillesse est sincère et bien loin de simples préoccupations commerciales. Comme ils le répètent : ici, vous êtes chez vous ! L’appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et parfaitement bien situé pour tout faire à pied, une fois la voiture remisée dans le garage fermé et sécurisé en sous-sol. Que demander de plus ? Appartamento fantastico arredato con gusto e super funzionale. L'appartamento ha un bellissimo terrazzo con un fantastico bbq. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze se c'è ne fosse bisogno. La zona in cui si trova è vicina anzi vicinissima ad alimentari, macelleria e ristoranti ma soprattutto a 2 minuti a piedi dal mare. Il centro storico è a 10 minuti a piedi. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi con noi. Posto meraviglioso, torneremo!

Sehr großzügige Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr großzügig geschnitten mit riesiger Terrasse. Alles ist so gut, wie es beschrieben ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man muss allerdings nachts die Fenster schließen, wenn man nicht früh morgens vom Verkehr geweckt werden möchte, der doch recht laut ist.
