Located a few hundred meters from a marvelous bathing cliff and suitable for children with crystal clear sea and about 1km from the fine white sand beaches, Villa Marylucy consists of two identical and independent apartments, offering the possibility of renting a single apartment or the whole villa at an advantageous price. Each well-furnished apartment consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (7 BEDS) with balcony and garden view, 2 bathrooms with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, living room with flat-screen TV, sofas, fan, large kitchen equipped with refrigerator and oven, equipped with dishes, paddle fan on the ceiling, free wi-fi connection, furnished veranda with table, chairs, deck chairs and rocking chair, balconies. The villa boasts a terrace, well-kept garden with lawn, barbecue, free bikes with which to take pleasant walks along the coast or reach the sea, parasol for the sea, ping pong table, table football, parking space, surrounding area and garden , all available to guests.

Fabulous

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing. Meri went out of her way to make us feel welcome in particular buying our coeliac daughter GF treats for our arrival and giving us recommendations for brilliant places to eat. Beautiful pool and surrounding area for the kids to play.We will definitely be back

I am happy that Sarah and her family chose my apartment for their trip. They treated it as if it were their own but the best thing is that they brought so much joy with the little girls who played, ran and had fun in the spaces of the villa. They filled the house with joy and seeing them like this made me really happy! I can say that this is the real satisfaction! They were sociable people that I hope to have the opportunity to host again!

.....confortevole colazione al fresco mattutino sul grande terrazzo, con comodi tavoli e relax sul dondolo. Cortesia e disponibilità sono stati all’ordine del giorno. Zona molto silenziosa e casa dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un’ottima vacanza all’insegna del benessere. Posizione favorevole per raggiungere diversi siti turistici. Per gli amanti degli scogli da segnalare nelle vicinanze la splendida zona di Ognina.

Séjour merveilleux à Fontane Bianche

Meri,Giovanni et leurs deux fils sont vraiment super gentils et accueillant. L’appartement est parfaitement adapté jusqu’à 7 personnes, dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et est très propre. La situation géographique est parfaite juste un peu en dessous Syracuse et dans une zone ou dans un rayon de 50 km on peut visiter énormément de choses. On peut rejoindre la mer à pieds pour se baigner et il y a des commerces de proximité accessible à pied ou en vélo. Nous sommes partis le cœur lourd avec l’envie de revenir très vite !

Très belle résidence de vacances

Très bonnes prestations pour cette maison très bien équipée et bien placée à proximité immédiate de Fontane Bianche. Jeux pour les enfants, barbecue, terrasse à l’ombre toujours bien ventilée, stationnement sécurisé pour les voitures , climatisation ( indispensable à cette saison) . Un très bon confort pour 7 personnes . Nous avons passé la un excellent séjour et Mary et Giovanni sont toujours très disponibles et soucieux du confort de leurs locataires avec des petits conseils judicieux. A recommander

Splendida vacanza!!!!

Per la prima volta abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze al mare in Sicilia nella splendida zona di Fontane Bianche e dintorni. Villa Lucy si trova in un punto strategico che consente in poco tempo di visitare le piu belle spiagge della zona di Siracusa e altri siti di importanza storico artistica. La villa e' molto accogliente!!! Eravamo in 8 e'cosi spaziosa che avevamo tutte le comodita' come fossimo stati a casa nostra: confortevole e super attrezzata oltre ogni aspettativa! I proprietari molto gentili e discreti hanno messo a nostra disposizione tutto il giardino curatissimo, le biciclette per muoversi verso le spiagge vicine, il ping pong il calcetto e il barbecue! Speriamo di tornare ancora per trascorrere un'ottima vacanza Giovanna & co.

Cool villa in a very nice location and great hosts

We had a very nice vacation in MaryLucy Villa, and the hosts(Meri and Giovanni) made a great effort to help us right from the beggining: we arrive very late, 2 in the morning(our flight was 5 hours late) and they came to meet us and to show us everything even if it was practically middle of the night. We had a wonderfull time there, no problems, very nice area, very quiet and close to the beach. Everything was exactly how it was described on site(bicycles were great), very clean, no problems whatsoever. Thank you very much for everything and hope to see you both again in our next vacation there!

Pace, relax e comfort

La mia recensione non può non partire con un ringraziamento ai proprietari. Gentili e cordiali. Villa tenuta in modo eccellente, sia all'interno, sia all'esterno. Tavolo da ping pong, bici (non meno di 6-8...), barbecue, dondolo e sedie a sdraio: tutto nuovo. Interno in cui zona giorno e zona notte sono separate da una porta, casa freschissima, grazie anche al condizionatore (in realtà già fresca di suo!). Sono certo che ci ritornerò nei prossimi anni.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane con i nostri tre bambini a luglio e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare diverse bellissime spiagge a sud-est (Fontane Bianche era troppo affollata, ma basta andare di poco più a sud e ci sono tante spiagge praticamente caraibiche!).I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. La casa, in una strada secondaria quindi molto tranquilla, rispecchia assolutamente le foto. E' grande e fornitissima (tantissime pentole e padelle per la cucina, forno convenzionale e a microonde,aria condizionata nella zona notte,lavatrice,ping-pong, vero calcietto,asciugamani per il mare, ombrelloni), il giardino è molto curato e gradevole e con le bici prestate dai proprietari (anche per i bimbi) si può tranquillamente raggiungere dei piccoli negozietti per fare la spesa.Unica piccola pecca andrebbe rimodernato il bagno (in casa c'è una vasca da bagno che non abbiamo usato, la doccia invece è in un bagno aggiuntivo esterno, ma è piccolina e non comodissima...)

Fantastic Holiday

Just returned from a five day holiday with good friends. The villa was exceptional, everything you need. The villa was spotless and ver well minted. Owners very accommodating. Weather was brilliant. Definitely need a car if you want to get about. Unfortunately the nearest restaurant wasn't open however we visited many restaurants . Would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family.
