B34 Large wooden house - beautiful sunny terrace - quiet garden -

House for 4, nice terrace, small garden, wooded area: to live!
You should like this wooden house, 100m2, recent (2014) and tastefully decorated.
The living room and outdoor terrace are spacious, bright and very functional.
The living room is 60m2. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The front terrace of 24m2 is south-west facing and has comfortable outdoor furniture.
At the back of the house, a small garden allows to eat outside barbecue grills!
The front terrace is suspended and overlooks on one side the forest and on the other side the roofs of the neighbouring houses whose living spaces are located opposite.
Possibility to park your car in front of the garage (not available for rent). 7mns by bike from the center of Cap Ferret. 5 mns from the American beach on the Arcachon basin.

You will feel a sense of serenity in this house.

Das Holzhaus ist praktisch für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Lage ist super toll. Allerdings sind die Betten für gross gewachsene Menschen eine Herausforderung. Das Preisverhältnis stimmt absolut. Unkomplizierte Gastgeber und freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Le paradis

Location spacieuse, très bien équipée et aménagée. Avec une grande terrasse couverte très appréciable. Idéalement située à proximité de l'un des accès au réseau de piste cyclable de la presqu'île qui mène au centre ville et aux différentes plages. Nous y avons passé un séjour paradisiaque.
