Loved the view of the intercostal way - saw dolphins everyday . The pool is much better in person than the pictures. Beach was such a short walk. Great location. Host was wonderful and they have everything you need there. Beach toys , cart , chairs etc.

The host was quick to respond to answer any questions. The rooms were large (kitchen was average), plenty of amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, dish soap, seasonings, etc. Good view of the Intracoastal and a very short walk to the beach. Would stay again if in the area.

Condo is spacious and updated in many rooms. Great access to island restaurants, simple walk to the gulf sand. Peaceful area, very nice pier and the unit has lanai overlooking the the channel.

Great location. Had lots of "extra" kitchen items on hand like oil spray, spices, coffee and filters. Bathroom was well stocked too. Shampoo and body wash smelled great. Water front was beautiful and a quick walk across the street was the Ocean.

This was a beach trip for my elderly mother who has cancer. The listing did not indicate that you had to go up 4 flights of stairs. When we finally got to the door, the key pad wouldn’t work. Had to text/call and be let in remotely. Upon entry the home smelled musty and several things were broken or damaged (light switches, cabinets peeling, dirty couch pillows, ripped couch, etc.). The main bathroom shower has minimal water pressure. The garage is only adequate parking for a very small car and has water in the garage and smells moldy. The garage door does not appear to work properly and does not open well so not able to use for a vehicle. The washer was left unplugged and filled with water. A repair man arrived and stated it was supposed to be fixed the day we arrived but parts hadn’t arrived so wasn’t going to be fixed until after we left. There were not enough towels left. Overall the home is nice with potential but considering the issues, the daily rate being charged is not a fair price.

Beautiful beach home that was very spacious for our family. Very close to the beach and right on the intercoastal for a beautiful view.The home offered privacy for a larger family, and the location was great. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. We will definitely be back and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a beautiful beach escape.

Plenty of room to spread out, 3 generations stayed and everyone had a wonderful time. Location is great, walked to get ice cream on evening. Lots of family time playing games, and making puzzles on one rainy day. Loved watching the boats go by, and morning coffee on the porch. Great grilling area. Would love to come back again, really didn't want to leave.

Wonderful Location

The location is amazing! We were just across the street from the beach. There were so many amenities so we didn’t need to rent gear or anything. The house itself is gorgeous and very clean. Overall we LOVED our time spent here!

Large Condo 1 Block from Beach

This spacious 3 bed, 3 bath condo was perfect for our family! It featured a lovely balcony facing the intercoastal, as well as tons of chairs, wagons, and beach toys. The private community pool was great after a long day at the beach. This listing understates how spacious the condo was— which was perfect after 4 days in a tiny Disney hotel room.We will definitely stay again!

Great Location

Ideally located, the condo offers spacious comfort and beautiful views. Scott and Teri couldn't have been more accommodating. From morning coffee on the porch to enjoying sunset on the beach, our vacation was wonderful from start to finish.
