Beautiful farmhouse in a quiet hamlet (Trécelin), near Plévenon and Fréhel, less than 3 kilometers from the beaches, 2 steps from the bay of La Fresnay, near Fort La Latte, Cap Fréhel and the Breton moor . Saint Cast and Erquy 10 minutes. Saint Malo and Saint Brieuc 35 minutes.

House comfortable 250 m² (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, internet, equipped for young children and babies). Electric heating. Large living room, fireplace. Large garden, sandpit, porch, barbecue, deckchairs.

All shops 10 minutes (Super U Matignon and Erquy).

Very charming. Ideal family holiday or 2 to 3 friendly families, quiet, beach, sailing, fishing, walking.

Two hours from Paris live (2h30 with Rennes connection).

Description.
Ground floor: large living room, lounge (fireplace) dining room (large table). Kitchen (fully equipped). Bedroom 1 double bed. Internet.
Floor: bathroom (bath and wc). Bedroom 1 (double bed), bedroom 2 (2 single beds). Bedroom 3 (1 double bed, 1 child bed). Large dorm room (5 single beds, 2 cots).
Outdoor equipment: barbecue (charcoal), deckchairs, garden tables and chairs, ping pong, sandpit, swings. Bikes, fishing poles, beach games (on request).
The second toilet is located in the small outbuilding less than 10 meters from the house.

Environment: beautiful sandy beaches, beach games sailing clubs. Horse riding, very nice walks on the coastal paths. Golf, tennis. Various peaches (on foot, cane ...). Producers oysters and mussels (tastings), restaurants. Cap Frehel, Fort La Latte, castles to visit (Biennassis, Hunaudaye ...). Casino at Golden Sands. Port of Erquy, Saint Malo ... Many markets nearby (Matignon, Saint Cast, Dinard ...).

Très belle demeure familliale. La pièce principale est très spacieuse et agréable, avec possibilité de faire un bon feu de cheminée qui donne une belle ambiance "coucouning". Nous recommendons pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis. Il y a des jeux à disposition pour les enfants et un très belle espace dans la maison et à l'extèrieur. Cadre magnifique à proximité avec le Cap Fréhel et les belles plages. Nous avons passé un exellent séjour.

Maison bretonne très bien située pour découvrir le cap Frehel

Grande maison permettant à 8 adultes de profiter du séjour sans de marcher dessus. Très grand jardin permettant de profiter du beau temps breton. L'emplacement permet d'être au calme, d'arriver rapidement au cap Frehel tout en étant proche du casino idéal pour un week end entre amis.

Super maison rustique, grands espaces, nombreux couchages (+ de 10) , grand salon, salle à manger (très grande table avec bancs), propriété avec un verger et un immense jardin ! Décoration sympathique ! Bibliothèque, jeux de société... Proximité de la mer à pieds, nombreuses visites Cap Fréhel, Erquy, Fort de La Latte.... N'oubliez pas de faire un tour au marché d'Erquy et d'y déguster des crêpes et des galettes ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location où il fait bon vivre ! Famille Martinot
