We had a great stay in this charming residential typical French house of the area with a nice garden in terrasses. We were welcomed by the lady who takes care of the house. Fully equiped and loved the nice provence decoration. Near by the beach.

A perfect holiday home near the sea.

We love the area, and it was our dream to find somewhere within easy walking distance of the beaches of La Fossette and L'Aiguebelle. The villa was perfect, light, bright and spacious, and very clean on arrival. The fresh white decor set off the owner's collection of ceramics, paintings and blue and white soft furnishings, and had a timeless Mediterranean feel. We could park the car by the villa, and infact only used it to go to the supermarkets in nearby Le Lavandou, and an excellent small store at Cavaliere. An early walk along the nearby cycle track ( old railway line ) to buy fresh bread was a highlight, as the morning glory flowers were opening for the day. We ate every meal on the veranda looking over terraces of flowers to the sea beyond. The garden of the villa is lovely, laid out in terraces with seating positioned to take advantage of particular views. I wish we had known of this villa when our children were young, they would have loved games of hide and seek around the garden, and enjoyed the swing and space to play. The villa is generously equipped, plenty of glasses, cutlery and crockery, the beds were good, and we loved the slightly retro feel of the kitchen. We were given a warm welcome. There are great restaurants within easy walking distance, the beaches are safe and pretty, and it is possible to find a spot at the back of the beach under the shade of trees. It really was wonderful to have a 'home' in this beautiful place, even if only for a short time. The owner was efficient and kind, and his house was calm, peaceful and very private feeling.

Chouette maison... En été

Nous avons séjourné au mois de mars : la maison n'est pas adaptée à un séjour hivernal et n'est pas très confortable (assez froide et humide) . Cependant le propriétaire a été réactif pour essayer d'améliorer la situation. L'emplacement est très bien, ce doit être très agréable en été. draps pas inclus dans la location, il fallait faire son lit en arrivant.

Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire . La maison, située en bord de mer est inoccupée l'hiver ; le chauffage aurait du être mis en route plus tôt avant votre arrivée pour retirer l'humidité; Merci d'avoir signaler notre réactivité ( ajout de 2 chauffages électriques dans l'heure ). Nous avons précisé dans l'annonce que les draps et serviettes sont proposées en option ( nous vous avons fait une ristourne de 50% sur cette option) Les locataires préfèrent faire leur lit en arrivant, mais ils peuvent être faits avant par notre concierge sur demande. Alors , à bientôt en été , comme vous l'avez exprimé en partant ... En été , la maison est fraiche grâce à des plafonds hauts ; Bien à vous Hubert
