Entrance hall, living/dining room (sofa, TV), open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combination microwave/oven, 2-burner hob, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine), opening onto a large south-facing balcony (awning, garden furniture).

Bedroom 1 (1 double bed, duvet), Bedroom 2 (2 single bunk beds, duvets), bathroom, separate WC.

Private parking space #11 in front of the residence.
Small pets allowed (supplement €5/day).
Electricity charges are extra except from May 30th to September 19th, 2026.

Problème de stationnement et mauvais accueil des propriétaires environnant sur place non louant

Il est lamentable et très dommage d'avoir réservé un appartement avec 1 place parking extérieur privé attribué (place 18 provisoire d'un appartement non occupé et donc non loué par l'agence des Druides donc libre) et de voir sur le pare-brise du véhicule un mot anonyme menaçant nous interdisant d'en profiter. L'agence mise au courant aussitôt nous a précisé de ne pas en tenir compte et d'y répondre au verso précisant notre location et de s'adresser à l'agence. Nous avons préféré nous stationner en place publique en face de l'appartement le long de la rue quand cela était possible (pas toujours de place). En fin de séjour véhicule placé au bon endroit (numéro 11 donc privé bien attribué à notre appartement loué et libéré enfin des matériaux de la société de ravalement) nous avons eu la désagréable découverte d'un pneu crevé par une vis la veille de notre départ ....alors que nous nous sommes très bien comportés dans le respect des règles de vie en communauté. Les copropriétaires sur place d'autres appartements ne sont pas accueillant et instaurent un climat pesant aux locataires de passage. Nous n'étions pas les seuls sur cette semaine incommodés par ce climat non accueillant voire provocateur gênant nos véhicules à se stationner en place ou bien se déplacer dès notre arrivée sur 2 autres locataires. Je ne recommanderais pas d'y séjourné. Dommage pour l'employé accueillante de l'agence qui elle est très agréable, compréhensive et professionnelle.
