The pictures are exactly what you will find in this apartment

The apartment is beautiful and Christine made it very easy for our check in and out. She is a great host. Also, the balcony and view are the best! The location is perfect. Right between Cannes and Antibes with plenty of Uber’s to take you either place. Parking was also great. The beach access and pool are excellent also. I already want to plan my return. A Hidden Gem Near Cannes – Peaceful, Spacious, and Perfect for Relaxation

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment located in Vallauris, just 2–3 km from Cannes. The location is ideal—close enough to enjoy the glamour and buzz of Cannes, yet far enough to experience peace, quiet, and breathtaking views.The apartment itself was spacious, extremely comfortable, and very well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a relaxed stay, including a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher—perfect for longer visits or family stays.The facilities were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, tennis courts, and the rare luxury of a private beach—an incredible bonus that made the experience even more special. The grounds are beautifully maintained, adding to the overall sense of tranquillity.It’s rare to find such a serene and private spot with such excellent amenities so close to the heart of the French Riviera. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed retreat near Cannes.

really excellent location and view, only let down by communication and maintenance issues: (maybe only a problem if you are not fluent in French though); Despite being given contact numbers for 2 people to meet us and help with check in "at your disposal", one simply said I don't speak English, call the other one...and the other one had his phone turned off and also didn't speak english! We were lost trying to find the apartment and this was not at all helpful. Also the main (and only) shower did not work so we were asked to use a hand wand instead..not great when there is only one small bathroom and considering the price of the rental..I hope this is repaired for the next tenants..

Fantastic apartment with a great host!

We stayed her for a week with our two small children and had an incredible trip! The apartment was fantastic, with an amazing view. Christine was very helpful throughout and able to arrange anything that we needed help with. The location is perfect for access to golfe Juan or Cannes, both walking distance but also easily accessible via bus or cab. The property had great amenities with pool, tennis and table tennis area. There is access to a small public beach opposite the property. We would definitely stay here again.

The place has a beautiful view and a sense of safety. My only wish for improvement is the single toilet. Wished that we were able to stay longer to enjoy the beautiful view. Make sure to bring your own shampoo, soap and such.

We, two adults and a 14-year old girl, spent two weeks in this wonderful apartment. Christine is very fast and helpful during the booking process. The apartment is exquisite! We especially loved the large terrace with the magnificent view of the Golfe Juan and the Mediterranean Sea. The private parking place in the garage is very convenient. The area is absolutely safe. Beautiful!

We spent 10 days in this stunning apartment in mid-August. Christine could not have been more helpful during the booking process, and once we were there, any queries we had were dealt with by the very helpful Jean-Jacques. The apartment is beautifully kept with lots of thoughtful touches. And the grounds outside and around the pool area and tennis court, are all extremely clean and well-maintained. There is a bus stop right outside the complex (we didn't actually use it as we had a hire car and in the evenings we used an Uber taxi) and it is all well situated for getting to many of the neighbouring towns and places to visit. My only two criticisms would be that whilst the apartment has a beautiful kitchen, there is no freezer with the fridge (we only found that out after we had stocked up on ice-cream for the children, just prior to arriving on our first day!) and therefore no ice cubes for drinks! We were also hoping that they're might have been a guest book or similar, that detailed information on the immediate area, eg nearest supermarkets, doctors (although there was a list of emergency numbers), recommended restaurants etc. Not the end of the world and we had a wonderful time and would definately return at some point! Thank you Christine!

Zuerst gab man uns nicht die richtige Adresse. Dann fiel dauernd der Strom aus. Auch gab es kein Duschvorhang und in der Nacht klapperten dauernd die Lammellen vor den Fenstern. Auch diese waren nicht dicht und so mussten wir stark heizen, damit wir nicht erfroren sind. Sehr üble Angelenheit. nie mehr wieder

Bonjour monsieur Pfenninger Nous avons eu le plaisir de vous recevoir. J’entends votre mécontentement , mais ne le comprends pas. L’horreur, ce n’est pas : - une absence de paroi de douche, sur ... une baignoire. - une coupure de courant général en plein orage. - un GPS qui vous oriente mal . - un froid glacial au printemps sur la côte d’azur ( l’appartement étant tout de même équipé de climatisation réversible et radiateurs) Je ne peux malheureusement pas être tenue pour responsable des mauvaises conditions climatiques durant votre séjour et vous m’en voyez totalement désolée. Néanmoins , je suis dans l’obligation de préciser que vous avez laissé l’appartement dans un état DEPLORABLE (photos à l’appui, 3 femmes de ménage ayant due intervenir). Jamais un hote ne nous l’a rendu aussi sale.
