Perfect mountain getaway

We will likely be back again for a fourth visit!

We have stayed at Chalet de Rollon three times now and absolutely love it here. The house is spacious and modern, equipped with everything you could need whilst on holiday. The bedrooms are comfy and the bathrooms are beautiful with the main bathroom having twin glass sinks, a spa-bath and a great shower. The second bedroom also has a shower and sink. Outside, we have made use of the bbq, hot-tub and sauna. There is parking for about 3 cars including a garage that has facilities for drying ski equipment too. The town of Thones is within walking distance (less than a mile away) and has a supermarket, pharmacy, fuel station, car wash, various shops, banks, bars etc. There is also a Saturday market. The beautiful town of Annecy and its lake is about 20 minutes away by car and is well worth a visit or three! The views in this area are stunning and it's well worth going up to the Col des Aravis to admit the views of Mt Blanc while having a coffee or a meal at one of the two restaurants. This became a regular haunt of ours this year. The Col de la Forclaz near Talloire has the most stunning views of Lake Annecy. In all, this is the perfect location for up to nine people to have a wonderful holiday. We will likely be back again for a fourth visit!

Peaceful mountain retreat

The website pictures do not accurately represent the actual situation, including cleanliness and room sizes. The location is very quiet with a beautiful mountain view. It is advisable to take pictures before entering the property to prevent any deductions from your deposit without prior notice.
