About this property

Spacious villa with stunning panoramic sea views

Beautiful villa of 300 mÂČ with 7 bedrooms, ideal for a good time with friends or 2 families. Indeed, the house is composed of 2 independent housing with both a beautiful view of the sea and DĂ©nia. Nice view on the mount (Montgo) also. Each accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms and there is also a 7th independent bedroom on the 2nd floor, with solarium and beautiful sea view also.
Nice pool in L very nice with its view also splendid. WIFI, satellite TV, billiard and table tennis available. Each accommodation has its living room and its covered terrace with table and chairs. The 1st terrace allows to eat up to 14 people without problem.
This announcement is also on other sites because we have an agency on site that deals with inputs / outputs and the villa also rented, to improve our visibility.
Non smoking accommodation. No pets allowed.
The villa has a summer kitchen with sink, refrigerator, barbecue and stove + paella dish.
The ground floor accommodation includes a billiard table and on the summer kitchen side, there is a ping-pong table. Note that the jaccuzzi located on the summer kitchen side is not part of the services offered.
The villa is fully air conditioned in the living rooms and bedrooms.
On May 25, 2018, we proceeded to a reduction of our rates in an exceptional way for the year in progress because it is our 1st year of hiring and we thus do not have any opinion of vacationers. Take advantage of this opportunity because it is likely that it will not last.
Finally, a deposit of 800 € will be requested upon arrival and returned within 2 weeks after your departure. With regard to air conditioning as specified in the information on this subject, it is included in the tariff within the limit of reasonable use (200 kwh per week with meter readings done at the beginning and at the end of end of stay) because some people put the air conditioning while leaving the doors open which is an inappropriate environmental point of view and generates significant additional costs of electricity.

Lovely villa in a great location

This is a lovely area and a lovely place to stay. The villa itself is very well equipped and the owner is super efficient at sorting out any issues. With it being up high , there is a lovely backdrop of mountains amd a very pleasant breeze by the pool. Having a 2 year old I with us was a bit tricky, as there are hazards , so she needed to be heavily supervised in certain areas. To improve this , I would suggest a gate at the bottom of the stairs by the pool and another gate from the veranda to the top bedroom. The top bedroom is a lovely little retreat for a couple.

Nice house and pool

It is a very nice house that works very well four 14 people. The AC is very good and it is three flats which make it possible to share the house for some families. The pool and the balcony is fantastic. The view is amazing and it is a very calm area. It is difficult to get a taxi and it is a long walk to the city. The single beds are not so comfortable, but if we look at the whole house it is almost perfect. The host is very helpful!

The most beautiful house, and spectacular view. Lots of space both inside and outside. We was 13 people, and between 70 and 10 years old, and every one enjoy the beautiful house. We give our best recommendations. One thing, when the owner write that you need a car, than you have to listen, that was the only thing that we regretted , that we did not do. Family holiday

We had a lovely time despite it raining the entire week!. The villa was perfect for us as we had 3 generations all staying together and we were able to put the youngsters downstairs with the pool table which together with the table tennis was a godsend. View was amazing, pool area nice, didn’t use the summer kitchen as everyone wanted to sit where the view was (by the pool). The kitchen in the middle is well stocked. To reach the villa you have to drive up a steep hill, and there a lot of steps which were an issue with the older members of our family but we got around it - there are ramps for access to summer kitchen and pool from the driveway. You definitely need a car if you want to go out. All in all we had a lovely holiday, everyone was happy and comfortable. Our hosts were great at getting back to us and answering questions. We would stay again.

6 vÀnner bodde i en vacker by, fylld med bra resturanger. Helt fantastiskt och vackert lÀge hade huset vi bodde i. (Dock inte promenad vÀnligt lÀge) Huset hade allt man kunde önska sig (dock inte ny renoverad) och kontakt med Àgare var lÀtt och smidigt.

Such an amazing villa!

We stayed with our three daughters and families to celebrate my birthday. The villa was very spacious and well equipped and everything was as shown on the website. The views over Denia were incredible! The beds were very comfortable. Everywhere was clean including the lovely pool. We would definitely recommend staying here.
