Welcome 615 Ocean Avenue, Ocean City, NJ in the Historic District and the Heart of beautiful, fun, and family-oriented Ocean City, New Jersey. Great for a family of 8. This is a wonderful location has off street parking for your vehicle and garage space for your belongings so there will be no looking for a place to park or pricey parking lot fees. Located just across 6th street is a beautiful park, the famous Ocean City Tabernacle with its world-renowned speakers and events, and tennis courts.

Our home is conveniently located on Ocean Avenue between 6th & 7th Street--just a short walk to the beautiful beaches, Asbury Avenue Shopping district and the exciting Boardwalk. The Boardwalk is home to Cast Away Cove Amusement Pier, a fabulous water park, arcades, restaurants, shopping, miniature golf courses, a movie theater, etc. Enjoy plays, comedy and music events at The Ocean City Music Pier (check Ocean City Music Pier online for listings), also located on the Boardwalk. Tickle your taste buds with some ice cream or gelato, water ice, fudge, Ocean City's famous Johnson's popcorn, and much more. In the morning, enjoy a family surrey ride or bike ride and have breakfast on the boards. Later, fly a kite, build castles on the beach or just take a walk by the water.

There is also fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, and a fun pirate ship excursion great for the whole family, and whale/dolphin watching just to mention a few.

Ocean City is a family-oriented, dry city; however, it is located only a few minutes’ drive to Atlantic City, New Jersey with its outlet shopping, casinos, concerts and shows, the Hard Rock Café and Casino, etc. The beautiful, historic Cape May, New Jersey is only about 30 minutes away with its house tours, horse and carriage guided tours, the beautiful and free (donations appreciated) Cape May County Zoo and Park, and many other attractions nearby.

Off Season, our beautiful condo may be rented for full, multiple weeks or a long weekend to fit around your busy schedule, or if you just want to get away for a few days!

We provide clean sheets for all the beds. Additional linens such as bedspreads and towels can be provided upon request for fee through a local rental company. If you are in town for a special event and need extra rooms, we offer our Cozy Condo just 3 doors away Listing #233150 - where we allow small dogs. We also work with a close by B&B to accommodate your needs. Just let us know.

We also provide cleaning supplies, coffee pot filters, 2 dish towels, dish soap and dish washer liquid, hand soap, 2 kitchen towels, one roll of paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, up to 8 beach tags, a few beach chairs, a few beach toys and beach buggy to help carry you beach supplies:-) We also provide clean sheets for all the beds so no trying to find the rights size sheets.

Great location, spacious beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay ! The home was spacious, and very clean. The property is in a great location. Just a few blocks away from the beach, shopping, and lots of activity. I especially enjoyed the big porch outside for morning coffee and watching the sunsets. Barbara was an excellent host , walked us through the house and answered all our questions! I would definitely stay again!

Great Family Vacation

Everything as advertised t. The home was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Everything you need is there. The beach and boardwalk are 2 blocks away. Barb is a wonderful host, available but not intrusive and so personable. She grew up in Ocean City and knows everything about the area. We just loved this house and Barb. We also rented Donna's house at 609 (two houses away) for our daughters and their families. We had a great family vacation.

Beautiful home, terrific location.

The check in was great. Barbara communicated well beforehand and that day, and met us to show us around and answer questions. Wonderful personal touch! The place was perfect: well-appointed, very spacious, lovely touches of shore decor~and new paint, new furniture and new appliances, all top shelf choices! TVs in every bedroom, tons of storage in garage and the 3rd full bathroom made the week easy for our big family. The home was central to EVERYTHING. Grocery, bakery, shops, restaurants--AND beach and boardwalk were all just a few minutes away from the house!

Another Perfect Week

We had a great week in our Ocean City home! We fit 6 bikes and 1 of our cars in the garage, enjoyed the second floor porch day and night, and each of our 3 couples took a turn cooking a meal in the kitchen. The location worked really well as a midpoint between the long days at the beach and boardwalk and the many walks we took to the shops and restaurants in town. The one part that I can't rate high enough was the communication with the owner, Barbara. We had a mid week thunderstorm that knocked out the Wi-Fi and she smoothly worked with the service provider to get us going again.

Great property, would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean. It is a 2nd story property with comfortable deck furniture on the porch overlooking Ocean Ave. 2.5 bathrooms are on the main floor and there is an additional full bathroom inside on the bottom floor near the garage (very clean). Mattresses were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked...we cooked in about half the week without any issue. Parking in the back was wide enough for 1 large vehicle...technically a 2nd vehicle would fit inside the narrow garage but it'd be tight. Barbara was great to work with and easy to communicate with. If we came back to OCNJ, we'd seriously consider renting this place again.

Excellent family getaway

We came with grandparents and two families. One 2 year old and one 7 month old and we fit comfortably and had a wonderful trip! Barbara was responsive and pleasant to interact with each time we needed her. Location was perfect for walk ability to beach, boardwalk, Asbury Ave and restaurants.

First time in Ocean City

We planned this trip last minute and feel so lucky to have found this unit. Barbara was very easy to communicate with snd met us when we arrived to show us around the unit. She gave us recommendations for dining and fun and even had a welcome folder with assorted menus which was super helpful. The unit was clean and felt just like home. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Perfect first time getaway to ocean city in a perfect unit. Highly recommend.

Mrs. Petrillo was the BEST

I felt that the pictures did not do this home justice. Mrs Petrillo texted me a few days before my arrival, and the morning of. She met us at the property, showed us around, and made me feel as if I was a welcome guest in her home. There was nothing I could have wanted for while staying here (except for perhaps more time at this lovely home). I’ve rented houses at the shore before, and also via VRBO. She sets the bar high for any host. As I was scurrying around to leave that morning (trying to hustle two teens), she came by on her bike and very casually and kindly told me to “please. Take your time”. I can not recommend her or this property highly enough. She made us feel like family.

Amazing Getaway

First of all, Barb is a great property manager! She met us the minute we got there and took us through everything in the house. In addition, when we noticed that there wasn't a blender, she brought one over immediately. The house is ideally located 2 blocks from the boardwalk, walking distance to the shopping area, many ice cream places and restaurants. The place is comfortable, clean, well decorated. It was my husband's favorite vacation place to stay in all of the places we have been.

Amazing week!

I've been going to OC New Jersey since I was a little girl! This year we decided to take a family trip and i am so glad we stayed here! You're in walking distance of everything! Barb was absolutely amazing. The place was clean and the pictures do it no justice!
