Ideal for your holidays, this large, fully restored mansion located in a quiet area near the sea (2 km) is also close to the shops in the town (800 m).
The property includes: 5 large bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor), 3 shower rooms (including 1 on the ground floor), 2 toilets (including 1 ground floor), a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher etc.), a living room with a large fireplace, a garden of around 700 m² with a large south-facing terrace and garden furniture.
Private parking.
It can accommodate around 12 people, ideal for holidays, family reunions, weddings, hiker groups (near the GR34) or a romantic weekend!
Many possible walks in the nearby surroundings (Lannion, Morlaix, Ploumanac'h, Perros-Guirrec etc.), nautical activities, horse riding etc.
Rental possible for all periods of the year (week, weekends, etc.), rates vary depending on the period, for more details contact us.
