La Bergerie en Périgord Noir, 1 bedroom stone cottage with terrace and pool

In the heart of the Périgord Noir, "La Bergerie" is a small cozy cottage renovated in stone and wood perfect for a couple!

On the ground floor:
Living room with open fitted kitchen, bathroom with sink, WC and Italian shower.
Upstairs:
Attic room with wardrobe and shelves.

You will enjoy the garden, a terrace not overlooked with parasol on the South side and a leeward terrace with a beautiful trellis on the North side.
You can also access the swimming pool located in the garden (common to the 4 lodgings).


"La prairie" is an old stone farmhouse typical of the Périgord. We have renovated it over the past 10 years and it is now our house and a group of 4 gites with swimming pool!

We are ideally located for your holidays in Dordogne: 25km from the medieval city of Sarlat, 30mn from the main prehistoric sites, caves, castles and ten of the most beautiful villages in France!

While being quiet "La Prairie" is a few minutes walk from the center of Siorac (1km) where you will find the train station, shops, restaurants, supervised beach and canoe hire companies, not to mention the many nearby hiking trails.

For household linen:
We can provide you with sheets and towels. This service must be requested in advance and paid directly on site, at a rate of € 15 for the stay.
You can also bring your own laundry if you wish.

For the housework:
Fixed La Bergerie cleaning at end of stay: € 40.
If you don't want to bother cleaning up during your stay, we can do it for you!
La Bergerie cleaning during the stay: to be defined together according to the desired services.
