T2 bis apartment of 47 m² on the ground floor, fully air conditioned (reversible air conditioning) in a new luxury residence.
Closed, secure residence (videophone and access code) with private parking space.
This apartment is crossing with a 22m² terrace on the mountains side and a 15m² terrace extended by an 18m² garden on the pine forest and sea side.
It consists:
 a beautiful living room with views of the pine forest, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with flat screen TV and convertible sofa.
a parental suite composed of a beautiful 12m² bedroom with 160 * 200 bed overlooking the mountain side terrace with flat screen TV and a bathroom with suspended toilet, walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
a cabin bedroom with window opening onto the mountain side terrace equipped with a BZ 140 * 190 sofa
a second independent suspended toilet in the corridor leading to the bedroom.
the rooms have large bay windows and electric shutters with centralized or independent control.
The mountain side terrace is equipped with a garden furniture, two giant poufs and a storage box for beach items. (available masks, snorkels, beach umbrella), a clothes line with clips
The pinewood / sea side terrace is equipped with a table and chairs that can accommodate 8 people, a barbecue, two deckchairs, footrests as well as a small coffee table and a parasol.

Séjour très agréable

L’appartement est confortable et bien équipé, très bien situé par rapport à la plage ( à peine 5minutes à pied !) et aux commerces (boulangerie, supermarché à 3 minutes !). 15-20 minutes par la plage du centre de Calvi mais c’est très agréable ! Margaux nous a très gentiment accueillis et donné de bons conseils de visites et de restaurants. La deuxième chambre est vraiment très petite et permet juste de déplier le lit, correcte pour un adulte ou deux enfants. Je recommande ce logement !

Excellent rapport qualité /prix hors saison. Spacieux, bien decoré et très bien équipé.parking privé 5min de la plage et 15 min du centre ville Excellent accueil de la part de Margaux qui vous fait part des bonnes adresses. Attention en saison haute: grande proximité des terrasses voisines.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Calvi

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung in Calvi. Top ausgestattet mit allem was man zum täglichen Leben und Kochen benötigt. Nur 200m vom Strand entfernt und die Altstadt von Calvi ist gute zu Fuss erreichbar. Lebensmittel sind gleich nebenan Im Supermarkt oder beim Obsthändler zu bekommen. Perfekt um mal das Auto stehenzulassen und lieber Fahrrad zu fahren und zu wandern. Vielen, lieben Dank an Florence!!

Belles vacances !

Belle appart, très bien situé et très bien équipé ( clim, wifi, lave vaisselle, machine à lavé, Bbq, place de parking sécurisé ect….)… Seul bémol immeuble un peu bruyant mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de très bonnes vacances ! Je conseille fortement 😎

L'appartement est superbe et très bien équipé. Les commerces sont à proximité et la plage à 5mns à pied. Nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux. Super accueil de Florence. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé, proche plage

Cet appartement récent est très fonctionnel pour 2 personnes ; la seconde chambre doit être correcte pour 2 enfants mais très juste pour 2 autres adultes. Une fois le BZ déplié il n'y a plus de place, difficile pour faire le lit ! La résidence est sécurisée, il y a une place de parking. Tout peut se faire à pieds : supermarché, boulangerie ... la plage. Nous avons eu beaucoup de regret de partir, surtout que la Balagne est une très belle région ! Nous remercions vivement Florence pour son accueil et son professionnalisme ! Nous recommandons cet appartement. Jocelyne

Cet appartement est très bien situé. Il est proche des commerces et de la plage. Et il est idéalement situé proche de nombreux sites à visiter (de 10 minutes à 45 minutes en voiture)... tous aussi beaux et différents les uns des autres ! Et pour ne rien gâcher, l'accueil que nous a réservé Florence était des plus sympathiques ! Merci encore !

Agréable sejour

Bel appartement, bien équipé,belle terrasse aussi bien sur le devant que sur l'arrière, résidence sécurisée, toutes commodités aux alentours, plage à 100m ainsi que le petit train (arrêt) par contre déçue pour la deuxième chambre trop petite par rapport à la première plutôt pour enfants que adultes, sinon très bien .

Bella casa, piccola ma completa di tutto. Location perfetta vicino al mare. A due km dal porto fattibili anche a piedi via spiaggia o strada. Molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta.

Loved the property and proximity to beach

Loved the apartment and short walk to the beach. If you have young or boisterous children, this is perhaps not the apartment for you, as the neighbour does not tolerate noise well at all.

Au delà de l'emplacement idéal de cet appartement - 100-150m de la plage, supermarché et boulanger à coté, et accès simple à Calvi, l'appartement nous a vraiment plu: la décoration est moderne et soignée, l'aménagement pratique (notamment la terrasse coté montagne en retour de plage), tout l'équipement nécessaire et même un peu plus est disponible. Et l'accueil est du même niveau. Sans regret et si nous revenons à Calvi, vous pouvez compter sur nous.

Très agréable séjour

Appartement très confortable, propre (très récent), fonctionnel, climatisé et décoré avec goût. Il est très bien situé, en face de la plage de Calvi et à 15’ à pied du centre, ce qui est bcp mieux le centre étant plus animé l’été, en passant par une promenade aménagée très agréable longeant la mer. Une grande surface est à proximité (2’) de l’appartement, ne nécessitant pas l’utilisation de la voiture. Un accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande vivement ce logement.
