Great Place

Great location, enjoyed watching all the boats and fishermen in the channel. Condo was clean, comfortable with plenty of seating. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is awesome! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all kinds of dishes and cooking items you may need. There were starter packs of dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap and bathroom items. The view from the balcony was beautiful with comfortable sitting areas. We had absolutely no issues and loved our stay!

Perfect Location with a large balcony overlooking the Orange Beach Pass.

Very clean and had all the necessities you need. Loved the large balcony overlooking the boats coming in and out of the Pass. It's across the street from a shopping/dining complex with great restaurants on the water and live entertainment.

If you love boats stay at this condo. Best sunrise views ever. Very clean and comfortable with fast elevators. Outside of building needed power washed but grounds were in perfect shape. Amazing beach front that we would come back to.

Beautiful condo with a great balcony! Very nicely furnished with cute decor. We had a problem with the power (no fault of the owners) and she helped us in a timely manner and even gave us a gift card for our troubles. Watching the boats go by was fun. I would stay here again.

We have stayed in Orange Beach many times. This was the best condo by far. We loved watching the boats come in and out of the pass. We spent so much time on the balcony. The condo was spacious and immaculately clean. We did not want to leave!

Wonderful Condo and Ocean/Bay view!

This property was amazing! We loved the fact that we could watch the yachts come they the bay each morning and sail into the ocean! Everything about the condo was perfect! Top quality appliances and decorated beautifully! I actually would live in this condo! Haha! We have stayed in other condo properties and unit 707 has been the best , by far. Definitely will stay again! If I could I would rate it even higher than a five😀

Great Property for a Quick Weekend!

We live about an hour and a half away in the Destin area and wanted to take a short weekend away. The property was just as listed - easy check-in, great comms with owner, very clean unit (which is important to us) and beautiful sunrise balcony. The furniture was comfortable and clean, unit was decorated nice and the balcony furniture was excellent. The parking was as expected but definitely no guest parking available even for a couple of hours unless you buy an additional parking pass and if you don't there isn't any off-site parking close. Security is on site and very attentive and helpful. We are considering bringing our grandson over for a weekend of fishing off the jetty. Thanks for a great weekend.

UNABLE TO LOCK CONDO

LOCK WAS BROKEN, CALLED (TWICE) TO HAVE IT FIXED... IT STILL WAS NOT WORKING. DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT NIGHT AND DIDN'T FEEL LIKE I COULD LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE WHILE I WAS OUT.
