Chez Sabine*** - Fully equipped singel-storey villa

Our villa, awarded a 3-star rating by Provence Verte, is situated on the heights of the small village of Brue-Auriac, in a quiet location less than a kilometre from the village centre.

Local amenities include a grocery shop, a bakery, and a welcoming restaurant. Supermarkets and various other shops are located 10km away in Saint-Maximin-La-Sainte-Baume.

A modern villa fitted out in 2017, it offers all the modern comforts you would expect (air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, garage, and Wi-Fi). The large 9x5m swimming pool bordering the terrace allows the whole family to cool off whenever they like. The garden is fully enclosed and the pool is secured by a safety roller cover, ensuring a completely safe environment for young children. A gas plancha is at your disposal for convivial al fresco dining without posing any fire risk to the surrounding nature.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms: two of them feature a double bed, and the third has a single bed that converts into a double.

The house boasts a beautiful view over the Brue-Auriac valley, the surrounding vineyards, and the mountain ranges on the horizon.

There is no shortage of tourist activities:

Locally: walking, cycling, or horse riding (equestrian centre 1km away), wine tasting, visiting the town of Saint-Maximin-La-Sainte-Baume, and swimming in the small local rivers.

Inland: Barjols, Cotignac, the Verdon Gorge, Lake Sainte-Croix, the Sainte-Baume and Sainte-Victoire mountain ranges, and all the charming little villages of Provence Verte.

Towards the coast: the Calanques of Cassis, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Fréjus, and small islands such as Porquerolles.

A dream location that we enjoy discovering a little more each year.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Brue Aurac sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig am oberen Rand des charmanten Dorfes, umgeben von Natur und nur wenige Gehminuten von schönen Wanderwegen entfernt. Die ausgezeichnete Bäckerei im Ort ist ca. 1 km entfernt, Supermärkte gibt es in St. Maximin oder Bras.Das eingeschossige, modernisierte Haus ist großzügig geschnitten. Herzstück ist das große Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Kochinsel, komplett ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und allem, was man braucht. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (1,60 x 2,00 m, unterschiedliche Matratzenhärten) sowie ein drittes Zimmer mit ausklappbarem Bett (1,40 m). Alle Räume verfügen über große Schiebetürschränke. Das Bad ist modern mit ebenerdiger Regendusche und viel Ablagefläche.Besonders praktisch: großer Abstellraum und riesige Garage für Auto, Fahrräder und mit Waschmaschine. Dank hervorragender Dämmung bleibt das Haus angenehm kühl, zusätzlich gibt es Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen.Der komplett eingezäunte Garten ist ideal für Hunde. Highlight ist der große, gepflegte Pool mit Abdeckung. Auf der Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und hochwertigem Gas-Plancha-Grill lässt es sich herrlich essen und entspannen.Fazit: Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage – absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un superbe sejour! La maison est tres propre et decorée avec gout! Tres bien equipée surtout pour les bébés! Tout est bien pensé pour qu’on passe un séjour agreable! Nous avons loué beaucoup de maison mais celle de Sabine etait de loin la mieux equipée! Vraiment ideale grâce à la disposition des pièces pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants! Le village de Brue-Auriac est tres mignon et il y a beaucoup de jolie ville a voir à proximité: Cotignac, Villecroze, Barjoles,.. les commerces sont tres facilement accessible. Un merci particulier à Sabine pour sa flexibilité et sa gentillesse. Nicole et Guy qui nous ont acceuillis sur place sont egalement adorables! Nous la recommandons sans hesiter et nous gardons l’adresse précieusement!

Jolie villa avec piscine,le tout très propre.

La villa est bien équipée, il y a la climatisation en cas de températures élevées. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie confortable. La décoration est très jolie et il y a plein de petites choses à découvrir, jeux livres... La villa est clôturée ce qui est un plus avec un chien. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaire à la réservation et les personnes qui nous ont accueillies sont également très sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin.

Maison très agréable dotée d'une belle piscine

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison propre et bien entretenue. Le suivi des propriétaires avant notre arrivée répond à toutes les attentes et même au-delà. L'accueil de Nicole sur place est chaleureux et le passage de Guy pour l'entretien de la piscine permet d'en savoir plus sur la région et ses curiosités. La piscine, de belle dimension, est l'un des atouts majeurs de cette maison très pratique et agréable à vivre. La climatisation est également très appréciable. La literie est juste parfaite. Le quartier est tranquille et la vue dépaysante. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Enjoyed our week staying at this property. Communication with vendor was easy, professional and helpful. Property on outskirts of rural village, surrounded by vineyards. Fabulous views. Airconditioning was great in the heat this summer. Pool was good, as was the outside furniture and enough shade to be had from the awnings. Wifi was used a lot, allowed us to stream tv from the UK. Beds were comfy, as were the sofas. Toys available for children and board games too, very nice touch. Would definitely return in the future

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La villa se trouve à une heure de route de beaucoup de lieux de visites. La maison correspond en tous points à l'annonce et aux photos. L'équipement est parfait , la climatisation est excellente et fut bien nécessaire en cette période de canicule. La piscine est grande et très bien entretenue, elle a fait le bonheur des enfants. Les personnes de l'accueil et d'entretient de la piscine sont très sympathique et de bons conseils pour les visites et balades à faire sur place. Une très bonne location que nous recommandons vivement.

Perfect holidays in a modern house

We spent two 2 wonderful weeks in this spacious and perfectly equipped house. On our arrival we were hosted by a very kind lady and found everything in the house clean and tidy, so that we felt comfortable from the first moment. The house is new and equipped with all modern facilities which make live easy and we did not miss anything. The pool is large and we enjoyed it very much. The location of the house is on the hillside edge of the little village and you have great views of the surrounding landscape sitting on the terrace. The communication with the owners was pleasant and trustful. We really enjoyed our holidays and can absolutely recommend this house.

La villa est tout à fait conforme à la description et est vraiment beaucoup mieux en vrai que sur les photos ! Villa de tout confort, parfaitement équipée avec des équipements de qualité et soigneusement décorée. La piscine est vraiment très grande, sécurisée, avec des marches et convient parfaitement aux enfants. La literie est très agréable, quant à la propreté rien dire... Nous avons adoré la mise à disposition de la Playstation :)L'attention - une belle bouteille de vin de la ville de Brue - a été très appréciée. La prise de contact, rien à dire tout s'est déroulé parfaitement. Les propriétaires n'étaient pas sur place mais étaient disponible et réactif par mail. Leur amis qui nous ont accueillis étaient tout à fait flexible et disponible. Tout était tellement parfait que nous n'avons pas eu besoin de les contacter. Pour conclure, nous reviendrons certainement pour explorer de nouveau cette magnifique région et pour profiter de la piscine avec sa magnifique vue sur la Provence Verte. Reservez sans hésiter ! Calme et depaysement garanti !

Groot huis met zalig groot zwembad

We hadden een hele leuke vakantie in Brue-Auriac. Het huis is nieuw en voorzien van alle comfort: wasmachine, afwasmachine, zonneluifels, rolluiken voor de ramen, haardroger, babybed, babystoel, verzorgingstafel... Het is heel groot en heeft veel bergruimte. In alle ruimtes is airco voorzien. Het zwembad is heel groot en was aangenaam van temperatuur. Er waren voldoende ligbedden voor aan het zwembad. De tuin is aangelegd, maar hij was nog niet volgroeid. Daardoor had je niet veel privacy. Dit staat ook zo op de website vermeld. Wij vonden het niet storend, want er was amper verkeer in het straatje. Brue-Auriac was voor ons een leuke uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen te maken: Cassis, Fréjus, Lac St-Croix, Gorges du Verdon, Barjols, Sillans La Cascade, ... Het huis staat op wandelafstand van het centrum van het dorp, waar je een bakker, een winkeltje en 2 restaurantjes hebt. Wij hebben er lekkere pizza's gegeten. Het enige minpuntje voor ons was het ontbreken van wifi. Er is wel goede 4G- ontvangst, maar wij hadden snel al onze data opgebruikt... Bij aankomst stond er een flesje rosé gekoeld klaar, dat was heel fijn. Wij raden dit vakantiehuis zeker aan en komen graag nog eens terug!
