Hello,
This semi-detached villa with refined decoration is very well equipped, it enjoys an exceptional view of the Mediterranean and is ideally located on the seafront between Collioure and Port-Vendres in a secure residence with 2 beautiful terraces always sunny of 30 m2 including one allowing direct access to the coves.
One of the terraces is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with plancha, sink, worktop, table, chairs, large parasol, deckchairs.
Private parking space.

The location is unique and your evenings on the terrace overlooking the sea facing the sunset will be magical!

A great place to stay

We had a very enjoyable two-week holiday here. The location is superb, with amazing panoramic views of the sea from the bedroom and terrace. The house is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We found it easy to walk into Port Vendres or Collioure and found several excellent restaurants in both towns. A wonderful holiday, thank you.

Amazing little house

We loved living and working here, this house has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and an amazing terrace with breathtaking views. We enjoyed every minute, even so much that we missed our departure date (!) which was handled very nicely by the host. We would happily recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful nature of Port Vendres and Collioure!

Tout était absolument parfait, l appartement est décoré avec goût , il possède 2 grandes terrasses, les matelas sont hyper confortable, un plus pour le sèche linge. Et bien sur la vue... époustouflante, bref on a passé une semaine magique merci beaucoup

La Méditerranée!!!

Jolie villa avec terrasse et vue sur la mer extraordinaire. On marche jusqu’à Port-Vendres et Collioure et Lidl à 2 minutes de marche. Les photos sont exactes et l’équipement en cuisine est excellent.

Un séjour magnifique!

Mille mercis à Frédéric de mettre à disposition des touristes une aussi belle villa! Tout confort, décoration soignée, très bien équipée, absolument rien ne manque! On s'y sent vraiment très bien. Et une vue à couper le souffle!!! Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette très belle région. La procédure d'accueil est également très sympa, Corinne est disponible et très arrangeante pour les horaires! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Das Ferienhaus in Port-Vendres war wunderschön, die Einrichtung war stilvoll und sehr gepflegt. Die Nähe zum Meer ist einmalig, vor allem der Blick von der Terrasse, wunderbar. Uns hat es an nichts gefällt. Gerne immer wieder, Frankreich ist jederzeit ein Urlaub Wert- vor allem bei so einer schönen Unterkunft.

Vi hadde en flott uke i leiligheten, leiligheten ligger nær til sjøen med fantastisk utsikt. To terrasser ga oss mulighet til å velge sol eller skygge. Vi var godt fornøyd med leiligheten og stedet, men synes d bør komme fram at det ikke er aircondition . Leiligheten hadde baren vifte på soverommet. Det bør også komme fram i annonsen at man må ha med sengetøy og håndklær. Vennlig hilsen Liv og Odd Egil

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Traumblick

Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, liegt dieses Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zwei schönen Buchten, eine davon mit Sandstrand. Von der meerseitigen Terrasse konnten wir atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge erleben, auf der anderen Terrasse ließ sich auf der Plancha herrliches Essen zubereiten. Auch die kleine Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem ein kleines, feines Haus, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schitterend uitzicht op de zee

Fijn appartement en van alle gemakken, zelfs droger voorzien. Zeker de 2 terrassen met buitenkeuken waren een aanrader
