Quiet, Calm, Soothing, Holisitic, well-appointed townhome centrally located in Carrollwood in Northwest Tampa. Updated and Professionally decorated 2BR/2BA Townhome. Custom 20X20 Porcelain Travertine Tile laid on a diamond pattern through common areas. LVP in both bedrooms and master closet. Stainless Steel appliances, All new decora electrical switches, and outlets. New Reverse Osmosis drinking water and ice filtration system located in the kitchen. All new fans and lighting fixtures, updated kitchen and bathroom fixtures. The property is equipped with a washer and dryer and has a small patio and backyard.

New Reverse Osmosis drinking water filtration system. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle any culinary adventures you may find yourself on. There are small appliances such as a toaster oven and coffee grinder. You, along with your guests will have access to fresh ground coffee every morning.

Master Bedroom:
The Velvety Merlot accent wall accents the Merlot Jaden bedroom furniture. Walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom. New King Casper Medium Mattress. 43" Samsung 4K UHD TV with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. Z Gallerie artwork with a Full-Length Mirror. There is an Amazon Echo Dot with two reading lamps on the nightstands along with a Himalayan salt lamp. There is also a ceiling fan for comfort and additional light.

Master Bathroom:
Renovated with new tub and custom tile shower enclosure. Vanity area with stool and a 5X magnification vanity mirror. Spa Quality (Soapbox) toiletries which are of the highest quality. They are committed to being socially and environmentally responsible products.

Second Bedroom:
New Queen Tempur-pedic Flex Hybrid Supreme Medium Mattress. Z Gallerie Artwork. There is an Amazon Echo Dot and (2) USB charging ports on the nightstand with a reading lamp and a Himalayan salt lamp. There is a matching dresser with a mirror. There are also hangers in the closet.

Living Room:
Z Gallerie 47" Serenity Buddha Wall Panel. Ultra comfortable gray microfiber sectional couch with two mango ottomans which happens to be resting on the wings of angels, in the form of the absolute softest sapphire ombre rug your feet have ever felt. Which is meant to be enjoyed without shoes. 43" Samsung 4K UHD TV with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. Frontier 200/200 WIFI. Desk/Work area, Comfortable gray microfiber sectional couch. Two ottomans. There is a dual blade pilot ceiling fan for comfort and additional light. There is also a workspace with a comfortable chair and desk.

The property has a small patio and backyard. The property is also equipped with a laundry room with a washer and dryer in the patio area.

Every light in the home is LED. The property is equipped with (2) Nest Protect smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well as the latest NEST Learning Thermostat. The Nest products all have proximity sensors and will illuminate your way automatically if you happen to be walking around at night. The home has a video monitoring system that sees activity outside the front and back door. The home has a dusk to dawn motion light at the front of the home for safety and security. The property is equipped with a Smart Lock with a Keypad for hassle-free and secure access. There is 200/200 WIFI internet access.

This apartment was a great place to stay for our case. It was in a convenient location close to Starbucks, Publix, gas stations, and a main road. It was also not far from downtown Tampa and the Buccs stadium. Note that a smart phone is needed to access the unit.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful experience. The property is very clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and there are nice linens. The location is close to good entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. The host is very prompt with communication and the area is safe and quiet. We came to Tampa for the birth of our first grandchild so we will be back often and will contact this host to stay again.

Pictures of the ad did not match the actual residence. We were not given a chose to go to another residence. We did not stay at the residence and it was very difficult to connect with Vrbo to cancel the stay. We were forced to stay at another hotel. I protested the expense cost and was successful with my claim. The area of was not up to par! And I was not happy with Vrbo management either.

Host was exceptionally responsive , layout of condo was perfect for us. Walls are extremely thin, Neighbor made a noise complaint when we weren’t even at property but we had left a tv on during the day. They would obnoxiously pound on walls for minor noise like closing a window. Kitchen lacked equipment like no bakeware at all. Camera at back patio/laundry room felt intrusive. Certain areas of condo are dated and worn, like countertops with Knicks and chairs with holes. Most areas were clean but we had tolturn off ceiling fans due to the amount of dust built up. A lot of dirt/debris under the beds. Scott the host did try his best to make us comfortable

Great ambience and central location

This property was ideally located close to highways and well suited for our travel needs visiting family for the holidays. The mattresses were comfortable, the bed in second bedroom was a little creaky when you move in it. The master bedroom was a spacious set up w in suite bathroom. Water pressure was very good in all bathrooms. A+++ for the property manager who responded to our questions promptly and was very hands on with resolving an issue with wifi - he called tech support right away and three way called with us to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Would definitely stay here next time we visit!

Perfect stay for our needs!

This home met our needs exactly… and was represented very well online. There were no surprises at all. The best part of this experience was the amazing response by the owner. Whenever we had questions he was super quick to respond and accommodating. If we had to recommend anything- we would suggest updating the dining chairs to offer something more comfortable for longer sitting. Overall a good experience!

Relaxation

We took a trip to Tampa to relax and get away from the hectic life in South Florida. It was accomplished by a very nice and relaxing stay at Scott's property. Scott is the ideal host, always attentive and responsive to any message I sent. The property is, in fact, a home away from home. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, big TVs, and all you need in the kitchen if you desire to cook any meals. Pool area is so peaceful as well, clean and surrounded by beautiful huge shady trees that offer tranquility and relaxation with picnic tables and barbeque grills as well. All surrounded by a beautiful lake to add to the natural beauty of the place. Very quiet and nice neighborhood, and in close proximity to restaurants, Publix, Walmart and pharmacies and an easy hop to Bush Gardens Park! A place to stay, relax and have fun!!! Reason why I gave it a 5* rating!! 😎

Quick trip

We needed a convenient location to stay while visiting to watch a track meet at USF. Beds are comfy. Location is easy to find and was clean/tidy. It was great to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. App to enter (August home) was a little fussy on one of our phones, but worked well on the other. Plenty of conveniences in the area for stores/food. Easy drive to/from airport.

Great Place for Recovery

Came down to FL for a surgery and was looking for a place as such for recovery to not be cooped up in a hotel room. The place was very clean and welcoming, Scott had reached out prior to arrival to ensure that everything would be set and in the best shape upon our arrival. With the place came a complimentary bottle of wine. Inside the townhome was appropriately sized for 3-4 people and having the couch with TV and Internet along with kitchen made for an easy and comfortable recovery. Location was right off of a busier road in which traffic could sometimes be heard around rush hour in the afternoon and the occasional siren or motorcycle, but nothing excessive or sleep disturbing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable place that isn’t a hotel!

A comfy and attractive venue

Scott the owner was very attentive to our needs. The beds ++ comfy and great heating/cooling as well as ceiling fans. The pool is unheated and not cleaned regularly so go to the beach. A good location near restaurants, shopping, golf. Overall a good choice!

What makes this property unique

At Holstram we want every environment to be safe, clean & healthy. Prior to COVID-19 we designed and incorporated robust maintenance and cleaning protocols. This process began by paying living wages to all our cleaning staff. The first protocol was maximizing the indoor air quality. There is a Himalayan salt lamp (Halotherapy) in every bedroom. We use air filters with a MINIMUM MERV rating of 10. We want the air you breathe to be pure and clean. In our pursuit for environmental sustainability and energy conservation we use Nest learning thermostats and LED light bulbs. To conserve water we use H/E dual flush toilets and have Tesla (EV) chargers at some locations to progress the transition to green energy. Next, you will be spending on average 33% of your time in bed. We have a "smudge kit" in every bedroom to purify, re-energize, restore, cleanse and balance energy. This saturates the space with peace, calmness, and positive intentions at a quantum level. We have PREMIUM memory foam mattresses in every bedroom (Tempurpedic, Casper, Purple, Nectar, Ghost Bed). We offer PREMIUM all white bedding and all natural cotton towels. We also REMOVE and REPLACE the duvet covers on every bed after every guest. Most Short Term Rentals (STR) and many hotels do NOT replace or launder the blanket on the bed after every guest. Every location has spa quality toiletries (Soapbox) and paper products (Viva) (Angel Soft). All properties are professionally maintained.
