Quiet modern villa with breathtaking views just minutes from Périgueux

New house on one level, on a plot of 1500m2 fenced, with a very large sun terrace and an above ground pool. Inside, 4 bedrooms including a master with its walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a dressing room. The other 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and the third a single bed for child) each have their wardrobe. A bathroom with double sinks and separate toilet are located on the other side of the house. A large living room and dining room of 45m2, with high ceiling, overlooking a large outdoor terrace. Fully equipped American kitchen with pantry.
This villa on the heights of Champcevinel, has large windows in each room to live and sleep. And enjoys optimum sunshine.
The entrance with its electric gate gives access to the courtyard where several vehicles can be easily parked. On the other side, a garden to enjoy the view, outdoor games including a ping pong table, a pool (36m x 1. 3m depth), a slide, a wooden cottage for children, deckchairs with parasols and BBQ.
A cleaning fee is included in the rental price, beds are also made upon arrival to make the most of your holiday.
Ideally located in a quiet area, yet only 10 minutes drive from the center of Périgueux and its markets (Wednesday and Saturday). Bus stop Perigueux, 300m from the house.
Several hiking trails and mountain bike pass in front of the house.
An aquatic center, the AquaCap, with large pool, balneotherapy course and slides is 5 minutes by car and accessible by bus (Péribus).
Starting point to visit the Dordogne, its many caves in the South of the Department but also its castles and wines of Bergerac or simply stroll and enjoy all the comfort of this great house.

Maison très agréable et spacieuse et belle région.

Maison conforme à la description, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et même si le jardin paraît plus grand sur les photos, il est très adapté et entièrement clôturé. La piscine est également conforme et très propre. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles en cas de besoin. La région est très bien et nous avons découvert quelques adresses très sympas pour les activités des enfants (Accrobranches de Vergt et centre équestre d’Agonac) Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir. Merci

Très beau séjour

Nous avons cultivé un doux attachement a cette belle maison. Des repas sympas en famille sur la terasse avec la brise d'air de fin de journée. Les enfants se sont bien amusé dans le jardin et la piscine. Plusieurs balades a faire dans la région. Hôte disponible et soucieux du bien être de ses clients. Je recommande.

Amazing view and a fantastic location for Perigord

We had a lovely stay with friends at Champcevinel. The accommodation was impressive, with lots of glass taking in the amazing view. Florence was great at letting us know how to get there and access the property. Facilities are great - our kids loved the pool, although they say its a little cold - it needs a couple of good days over 30C to get it to a nice temperature. The bedrooms are comfortable (recommend bringing your own pillows though). Even on hot days the house stays just about cool enough if you close the shutters up to the sun. The living spaces are great, with a huge living dining area, and a great patio area with a great size table to enjoy the warm evenings with a glass of wine. We had a great stay and enjoyed the surrounding activities and locations. Thank you Florence!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Périgueux. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute, facilement joignables et très serviables. L’emplacement est parfait, à la campagne avec une vue très dégagée et sans vis à vis tout en étant à 10 minutes de la ville. La maison quant à elle est très appréciable avec ses 4 chambres, grand séjour, beau jardin et sa piscine… Nous vous recommandons cette adresse😊

Découverte de la Dordogne

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et avons découvert une très belle région - La Dordogne - culturelle, ensoleillée, plurielle (randonnée, Kayak, parcs animaliers, parcs d'attraction) avec tout ce qu'on nous recherchions en cette triste année le calme et le plaisir de se retrouver en famille. La maison est agréable orientée plein sud, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Florence et son mari nous ont très bien accueilli et ont été d'une très grande disponibilité. Nous recommandons fortement cette résidence et la nouvelle aquitaine en générale pour la gentillesse et l'accueil de ses habitants.
