Villa of 170 m2 with private pool and pool house on a plot of 2000 m2 with panoramic views of the mountains and the village. Located in a small village near the Gorges de Galamus and the Cathar castles of Queribus, Peyrepertuse and Puilaurens. Possibilities of thrills (via ferrata, canyoning, rafting) nearby.

Non-smoking house. No pets allowed.

Composition of the house:
On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet.
On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet, large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge- freezer.
Heating: pellet stove and electric radiators.

Exterior: Pool house, covered and uncovered terraces facing south, barbecue and pizza oven, carport and parking for three cars, garden.

To see or do in the surroundings:
• The Galamus Gorge (12 km)
• the Cathar castles of Queribus (16 km), Peyrepertuse (24 km) and Puilaurens (26 km)
• Thrills: Via ferrata (6 km), canyoning (12 km) and rafting (29 km).
• Hiking: the peak of Verges (from the village of Saint-Arnac)

Really lovely, spacious villa with plenty of outside space. The swimming pool was great and provided a welcome respite from the heat! The views from the villa were spectacular and there were plenty of activities nearby to keep us all occupied. The villa was clean and very well maintained and communication with the hosts was excellent. A wonderful, peaceful two-week holiday in a gorgeous location.

The host really took the time to tell the good things in the area for shops, diner and local stuff. Very well explained and useful for your stay. If you are looking for a private villa with beautiful view on mountains, this is it!! You have mountains close on 1 side and a far extending view on other sides. The accommodation was perfect for us. A kitchen with all you need. A good fridge and good induction hob for cooking. A beautiful place to eat outside and breathtaking view from inside in the living room as well. 2 good bathrooms and good beds and mattresses. There's a very nice pool with ofcourse a breathtaking view again. Much room and beds for lounging at the pool. Also good options for grilling and BBQ. The complete picture! Thank you Nicolas. You have been a tremendous host!! Definitely recommended!!!

Sehr schönes Haus, für Familien bestens geeignet

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Terasse und auch der Garten ist sehr groß und die Kinder konnten hier viel spielen. Die Lage ist einmalig mit tollem Ausblick! Es kann manchmal sehr windig werden, was aber besonders bei heißen Temperaturen nicht stört. Wir haben viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung besucht und es war ein toller Urlaub! Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilft gern bei allen Fragen.

Wij hebben een uitstekend verlof gehad in Saint Arnac! Het verblijf was super! Alles erop en eraan! Mooi uitzicht, heel leuk zwembad! De villa is een echte aanrader. Ook de eigenaars zijn toffe mensen en heel behulpzaam! Kortom het kon niet beter!

Très bon séjour

Super villa très bien équipée et propre dans une très belle région. La villa est magnifique d'extérieur comme d’intérieur. Les hôtes sont réactif et de bons conseils. Je vous recommande cette location pour un séjour au top.

Un petit paradis !

Idéale pour des vacances entre amis, la propriété a dépassé nos attentes et est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Mentions spéciales : panorama exceptionnel en surplomb du village + four à bois permettant de cuisiner des pizzas de pro. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et très disponibles pour toute question, même à distance. Documentation abondante sur les activités de la région, peu connue probablement en raison de ses routes de semi-montagne assez sinueuses mais ça vaut le coup !
