Villa ideally located in Maryvilla, renowned for having the most beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the Peñon de Ifach. In the immediate vicinity (900m) is the discreet little beach of Puerto Blanco and its marina. Our villa is located a few minutes from the center of Calpe and its two magnificent sandy beaches. Levante beach is located in the northern area of Calpe and Arenal beach is a perfect place for relaxing in the sun. The villa is divided into two parts, villa composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an independent apartment of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 apartments have a large living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Sat TV and Wifi available. To this complete equipment is added 2 large terraces with an exceptional panoramic view of the Mediterranean. The main terrace has a fully secure swimming pool (children). This family villa is ideal for 2 or 3 families with children.
Activation of central heating on request of the tenant in winter. A fixed price over the period will be claimed.

Amazing view and great location

My family greatly enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our large group. The outside area was perfect and indoor clean and spacious.

Family holiday

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this property and can highly recommend it. The property was very well equipped and has an amazing view over Calpe. Michel was extremely helpful and kept in regular contact to ensure that we were enjoying our stay and to help in any way possible.

Tolles Haus für Urlaub mit Freunden & Familie

Calpe Mai 24

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Die obere Wohnung mit 3 DZ und tollen Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die untere Wohnung konnte gut genutzt werden, ist aber nicht vergleichbar mit dem oberen Bereich. Nichts desto trotz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbare Ferien in Calpe!!

Das Ferienhaus übertrifft alle Vorstellungen und ist einfach perfekt. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind genial.Es fehlt an nichts. Der Haushalt ist grosszügig bestückt, die Zimmer sind alle mit Ventilator usw. ausgestattet. Die Terrassen und der Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Vermieter und die Leute vor Ort sind sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Villa mit gutem Gweissen jedem empfehlen und sagen Danke für diese schönen Wochen dort. The views from apartment were amazing and we really enjoyed our time in Calpe. The apartment is quite far from city and you need a car to move around. In the apartment was everything you need and we had a great time

Fint hus med super lækker pool

vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie i det dejlige jus med den fantastiske udsigt. Det allerbedste var det super lækre poolområde. rigtig dejligt at der både var udekøkken med køleskab og fryser til drikkevarer. også rart at der var toilet og bad så man ikke skulle gå våd ind i huset. Den øverste lejlighed var også fin, men et stort minus er, at der ikke er aircondition i soveværelserne. Især soveværelset (øverste etage) blev meget varmt, så to af os sov i stuen/alrummet, da det var det eneste værelse med aircondition. vi ville ikke bruge lejligheden i kælderen, da den var meget mørk og lugtede meget af skimmelsvamp. En sidste ting, der ville have været rart, var, hvis der havde været håndsæbe, toiletpapir, opvaskemiddel, affaldssække og måske et par flasker vand, når du ankom. Det var lidt svært at få fat i taxa den første dag så vi gik hele vejen ned til byen for at handle ind. Det var en meget varm og hård tur på 1 time. vi fandt dog senere en app hvor vi kunne bestille taxa hvilket fungerede fint. men hvis vi kommer tilbage vil vi nok overveje at leje en bil.

If we ever have the opportunity to welcome you, you can take advantage of air conditioning equipment in the rooms. This project was on the work schedule to be carried out this year, but the explosion in electricity prices in Spain forced us to postpone this project. The question is whether the tenant is ready to pay more for his rental depending on the comfort offered, taking into account these energy costs which will continue to increase... This is a real question that we must ask ourselves!!! Thank you again for your message. We are happy to welcome such respectful and friendly tenants

Fin bolig totalt sett med flott beliggenhet og nydelig utsikt utover Calpe - beliggende i rolig og stille gate. Kort avstand til strender med bil. To øverste etasjer fine mens nederste etasje har egen inngang og bærer preg av noe mugglukt. Aircondition kun i stue og kjøkken. Kun vifter på soverom. Fint bassengområde og flotte terrasser.

Traumhafter Urlaub in toller Lage

Auf der Suche nach unserem jährlichen Urlaubsziel in Spanien sind wir auf diese tolle Finca gestoßen. Von Anfang an war der Kontakt mit Hr. Pirot ausgezeichnet gut, jede Frage wurde schnell beantwortet. Auch vor Ort wurde dann schnell der Kontakt hergestellt mit der Firma vor Ort. Alles lief reibungslos. Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön in den Bergen gelegen, toller Ausblick super schöner Pool einfach perfekt. Ausstattung des Hauses ist auch sehr gut. Insgesamt können wir nur positives sagen und kommen gern wieder. Harald

De très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille, les emplacements étaient bien fait et tt le monde a pu trouver son intimité. La maison est proche de la plage donc pas besoin de faire des Kms et kms pour avoir un bout de sable. Je recommande cette maison si vous souhaitez être en famille. Nous avons passé de très très bons moments autour de la piscine et la vue est sublime.

Beautiful house

Me and a group of friends stayed in this house for a week and had the best time ever! The rooms ar perfect for sharing 2-3 people and the seperate downstairs apartment allows for extra privacy and less disturbance when travelling this many people together. The pool area and the terraces are big, spacios and has a stunning view of the bay and Calpe. Checking in was super easy and the staff at the local steward company was very helpful during our stay. Highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars!

Vila with stunning views

We rented this vila for our family holiday and everyone was happy with this choice. We also think vila looks better in real life than in pictures! You are also just few steps away from top of Morro De Toix. Views, location, outdoor area, and swimming pool are great. Loved the shower and WC next to the swimming pool. Vila is situated in a quiet residential area, which is just perfect for having private holidays. Car is essential tho. I would like to mention few things the owner should be looking into, as there is only one air conditioner in the house more fans should be provided. Some things like bathmats, more towels(the current towels could be replaced to the new ones),toilet paper, kitchen towels, soap should be provided at least for the few first days. Also if the vila is rented for 12 adults there should be at least one table for 12 people, at the moment all tables can seat max 8 people and this wasn't very comfortable for us. As Michel is very caring owner I am sure they will look into these comments and will make this vila perfect for future tenants. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this property!
