Un appartement propre, spacieux et bien équipé, idéalement situé dans un parc, à qq centaines de mètres d'une jolie plage, et à deux km du très agréable centre ville de Jullouville. Par contre, la terrasse est assez petite et la proximité immédiate des voisins peut être redhibitoire, surtout quand on est entouré d'une famille de 6 personnes avec deux chiens et une autre famille oscillant entre 5 et 10 personnes , avec le bruit et les fumées de cigarette qui vont avec... Dommage

retard au niveau de l'accueil service minimum au niveau vaisselle et équipement ( pas de théière , pas de râpe, pas de mixer, poêles et casseroles TEFAL limite ).

bizarre bizarre ! ce n'est pas non plus un hôtel ; d'après Mme Coulon elle n'avait que peu de retard d'autant que vous n'aviez pas trouvé l'adresse dès le départ ; pour le reste il suffisait de demander nous vous l'aurions apporter volontiers . Pour le thé il y a une bouilloire sur place , c'est déjà bien suffisant , nous ne mettons pas de boule à thé . Il n'est pas possible d'équiper les logements comme une résidence principale .

Location sympathique bien situé mais propriétaire pas très conciliant sur horaire départ par message d’accord pour un départ début après midi une fois sur place c’Etait plu le cas prétexte une arrivée après nous et ce n’etait pas le cas mauvaise surprise prix TTC et notre eau électricité au départ que pour 2 nuits et aucun état des lieux et relevé compteur à l’arrivee dommage

Situation idéale, au calme et tout proche de la mer, hélas, trop court séjour pour apprécier pleinement ... Mais prestation à la hauteur du prix ... Gîte parfaitement situé pour profiter de cette région magnifique que nous connaissons bien et dont on ne se lasse pas .. Propriétaires très sympathiques ... Nous reviendrons vous voir ...
