LOCATION – Tyra Riverbend Lodge is located in the Four O'clock area next to the Snowflake Lift and Blue Sky Lodge. Blue Sky Lodge has a lift ticket window to purchase lift tickets, a coffee bar and small ski rental shop for ski and snowboard rentals. This property has quick access to the heart of town and to the base of Peak 9. Guests can enjoy the free in-town shuttle with the stop directly across the street at the base of the Snowflake Lift.

COMPLEX AMENITIES – Building amenities include secure underground heated parking, elevator access, fitness room, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna/steam room, shared gas grills, a comfortable lobby to relax and meet guests and private secure ski storage locker

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – Heated parking garage with 1 space available (Garage height is 6'9")
• All additional vehicles will need to park at one of the town's overnight lots (ask our front desk for more details)

Very good communication the whole time! True ski in and ski out!! Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen has everything you ever needed! Beds super comfy, space very well appointed!! To make it top notch I would recommend you add more hooks in entry for jackets etc! Additionally, a second parking pass for a unit that sleeps 8 since we had multiple cars making it a pain to park elsewhere! Other than that would definitely return!!

Great location. Snowflake lift is less than 100 steps from the main building exit. There is a bus station lift next to Snowflake lift as well. 10 minute walk to Main Street for restaurants, shops, and bars. Perfect spot for a ski getaway

Amazing Location & Spacious Condo!

This unit is steps away from the lift and a short walk from town, there is also a city bus stop nearby as well. This unit has plenty of space for a large group to stay comfortably. The complex has a sauna and hot tub, both perfect after a day on the slopes!

Perfect location for skiing

We loved the proximity to the lift! The condo was very well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We had an issue with the parking pass, and management was very quick to respond and solve the problem. We hope to visit again!

We were there for a National Ski Patrol Event and this property was perfectly located to the convention center and even more so the lift…right outside the door!! We had a blast and the unit was beautiful but the bathtubs need a little sprucing up as we had a leak around the seal of one. Definitely would recommend the property!

We reserved this almost a year out from our stay. Communication with the rental company was timely and positive. If you are looking for a ski in, ski out location, you will not find better. Quiet, safe and really convenient to downtown Breck. We could not have been happier.

The apartment was very comfortable for all the family, Is very well located near a lift. Good equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and linens and very clean. Easy to get to town if you have a car, but also by bus with some more time. The manager was very Very helpful responded quickly to everything. A little long walk from parking to the apartment, long hallway, and to the ski closet for the skis, but we carried them with the building carts which helped a lot and made it easy. We would repeat it again when we go again th Breck. Had a great time. Great apartment.

Great location, plenty of room!

We very much enjoyed our stay! It was SUPER close to the snowflake lift (just out the side door of the property) with shuttle stops right next to the lift that can take you to downtown and the beaver run base.The living area was spacious, with a large dining table and plenty of room for our two families of four that stayed here. The kitchen came well stocked with all the essentials making it easy (with a quick grocery trip) to cook a few dinners in. The garage was easy to access, very clean, and right below the units we stayed in. Inside the garage there were ski lockers which we used to store 3 pair of adult skis, a snowboard, 3 pair of child skis, and 4 pairs of ski boots. Additionally, there were luggage carts which made it super easy to take all of our luggage up to our room in a single trip. Would definitely recommend this place to any families (or anyone) visiting Breck!

Great location but the check-in process was sub-par. - I didn’t receive any check-in information until 30 minutes before check-in. I would have liked some communication like: Hey thank you for booking…. Here is the address. To check in - this is how you will do it and we will send the code at X time to ensure the place is clean. But this wasn’t the case. Maybe there was a glitch with the automated messaging… Hope they can improve that. Further I wish they supplied more towels so we can use towels in the hot tub and shower. Besides that, the location was great and the place was very clean and well decorated. They supplied great pans for cooking eggs.

Very comfortable accommodations for our family! Would definitely rent this condo again. Well-stocked kitchen with fun Fiesta dishes and quality cookware. Comfortable beds for all 8 of our group. Watched the Snowflake Lift status right out the window and had such easy access to that lift and to the town of Breckenridge. A good time had by all!

We were lucky enough to spot a moose from the patio and the trail right behind the complex is a really nice one. We did not do it until the last day because it seemed to be a "boring" trail as my kids put it. But it's got a really nice creek along the way which leads to a reservoir with an awesome view. In the winter seems to be ideal with a ski lift right next to complex. You can see the chairs right outside patio.
